I went in at 6:45 March 25 and the 3 girls were incredible rude I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order they said nothing to me gave me eye contact and when no take my order very rude and I feel like they need to fix their service not to mention they weren’t busy very

I wish I could have tried their drinks but the employee was too busy talking to her friend so she was unable to serve us. I walked in with my family and didn’t even get noticed. I guess talking about Tik Tok is more important for these employees.

The drinks are great. They will occasionally add ice even when requested no ice. There drink carriers are too small for the 44 oz causing the drinks to be at an angle which makes it so that it spill easily like when you go to grab one it has a 50/50 chance of popping off the lid making a mess. Though it could just be my bad luck grabbing the drinks out of the drink carrier.

Usually love going to this location, today I went and waited at the speaker for several minutes before someone said anything, and then they were out of lemonade. Which the lemonade thing, it happens, but no one apologized for the long wait. Hopefully that was just a one off though, bc the drinks are great!

I love fiiz, I have been into this one multiple times. I go into the store and I am told someone will be right with you. So they continue to take drive through orders like 4 of them. There were two car at the drive thru window. Common guys, you've got to do better.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window to pay, my card was ran (and approved) five times. When I told the lady at the window, all she said was “we are going to refund that”. I was not provided any proof that anything was being refunded and was not even told sorry. Extremely frustrating and I won’t be returning. I will be going to Swig going forward.

Menu says 3.15. So I order one freeze..but want 32oz instead of 16oz. At the window they tell me it's almost 11$. I said 3.15 two times...even with tax is not even 7$. They say, well each flavor is a different price. I then ask, why on the menu right next to the flavor I chose does it say 3.15?Deer in the headlights!!!I'll NEVER be back!Encourage others to do as well!!!SCAM!!!

One of our drinks was undrinkable and the other was wrong but still okay. This location has gone down hill in the past several months.
when i got to the window a girl asked if i had a mobile and then just stared at me until i told her the name. She handed me two out of four drinks and i asked for a cup holder just to be stared at silently as she handed it to me. she told me to have a good day and i apologized and said i had two other drinks. she rolled her eyes and walked off, when she brought them back she seemed mad that i wanted two more straws for my other drinks… the drinks are good but the customer service was quite the opposite. I didn’t catch her name but she had long brown, pretty hair and a tooth gap. not sure what her problem was but if she doesn’t like customer service she shouldn’t have a job in food/drink service ?♀️

“NOW OPEN SUNDAYS” such a joke. I pulled up to the drive thru before 7 pm which is their closing time. The lady said “we’re no longer serving.” i said back “I thought you guys closed at 7 pm?” she said again “we’re no longer serving. you can come back at 7 am”. No apology or reason as to why they were closed early. If you have signs posted EVERYWHERE saying “Now open Sundays” stick to it. Ridiculous.
