I ordered food inside the restaurant today February 27, 2025. I have never had a bad experience until today. I live about 5 minutes away from the restaurant and when I got home to eat I was very disappointed. My burger was so cold the cheeses wasn't even melted, the fries were just as bad, like they had been waiting for someone to buy. This is a favorite place of mine to eat, but so disappointed. I tried calling and no answer. I feel like the price of this food should not taste like it's sitting waiting for the next customer to purchase. Bad choice for food! Heidi Jessup

Taste less burgers, fries were so freakin' salty. The coke machine was nothing but carbonation. Complain to the manager no compensation! Floors were sticky, the tables were dirty. I almost canceled my order and left. Never again! This was the Jordan landing location in West Jordan

On Thursday at about 2pm I snagged a cheeser from this location and it was so good it almost made me cry!! lol no but really it was seriously that good. Hats off to the fellas running the show that day it deserves some praise

Door dashed for a fun night with the kids. Ordered a plain cheeseburger. And it came with everything. My kids have food allergies and now can’t enjoy dinner I spent 100 bucks on. To get food my kids can’t even eat. Don’t rush orders out. Pay attention to what comes in!! Good thing I pay attention to what my babies get ? I will be cooking dinner tonight. Thank you for not paying attention and almost making my kid sick as hell!! Life lesson on my part. As a single parent. Don’t be lazy cook dinner.
