I have been craving some burgers, and Five Guys is within walking distance to my hotel. I placed my to-go order online and headed out. My order was ready by the time I arrive there (5-7 minutes). An employee at the counter asked for my name and handed me a bag as my order was ready. I wanted to eat my lunch in my hotel room where I would be comfortable. I am always amazed to see how big their “small fries” is!! The cheeseburger and “small” Cajun fries were so fulfilling so that I am definitely skipping dinner.
It was past 1 pm on a Saturday, and there were a plenty of seatings and parking spots available.

I have come to this Five Guys location a few times and every time I get great service! I love the food! Five Guys is one of the few places where I can get a great hamburger in a lettuce wrap because I have dietary restrictions. When I order my food, Conner was the employee who helped me, he asked if it was due to an allergy and then makes sure it is communicated to the other employees preparing the food. I cannot express how important this is. I live in Georgia and the Five Guys employees here do not understand how important that is. I will keep coming to this location and recommending it to others. Thank you Conner. Thank you Five Guys!

I ordered food inside the restaurant today February 27, 2025. I have never had a bad experience until today. I live about 5 minutes away from the restaurant and when I got home to eat I was very disappointed. My burger was so cold the cheeses wasn't even melted, the fries were just as bad, like they had been waiting for someone to buy. This is a favorite place of mine to eat, but so disappointed. I tried calling and no answer. I feel like the price of this food should not taste like it's sitting waiting for the next customer to purchase. Bad choice for food! Heidi Jessup
