Love coming here but the sugar free syrups are rarely stocked. Sometimes the card reader is broken but overall the service is good.
We waited 45 minutes for our snow cone while others were served. When I questioned them they said they lost the print out. It takes forever to get your snow come
i love hokulia shaved ice! however, this location took forever to get our order out. i wanted to show my dad this location because their decorations are cute! we ended up waiting 30 minutes for all of our 4 of our shaved ice to be ready and there were only two people in front of us! i probably won’t be going back to this location unfortunately
WE ordered 3 shaved ices at 9:40 pm. It is currently 10:21 pm and still waiting. We asked how much longer and the girl putting the umbrellas down said you could go help if you wish but we only have one machine working.No hukalia in the hole on my table. ?
The BEST snow cones. My kids love getting ice cream in the middle. The snow cones are full of flavor and not watered down.
This place is the worst! Why would it take 30 mins to shave ice and put flavoring on it with three people working. I don’t understand… stay far away from this location!
Food is good service is VERY long we waited an hour to get one snow cone

Hokukia is a summer time staple for our family! Unfortunately this location has let us down this visit. I’m sure the worker is new so it took a long while to get our shave ice and it wasn’t even busy but can we please at least make the wait worth while?! The shave ice wasn’t packed at all so by the time he put the syrup in it and handed it to us it was all caved in and barely anything in the cup but juice. If people go out of their way to come here and spend their hard earned money please do us the service to train your people to make them correctly and worth the time and money spent. Mahalo!

Absolutely the best snow cone ever! They are huge and so yummy! Waiting time can get abit long. Dont go if you are in a hurry.
