Honolulu Grill West Jordan

I really wanted to like this place being a local boy maybe my expectations were too high.
Got the Hawaiian Plate:
The rice was not good tasted like it was day old or from the bottom of the pot.
The mac salad was so salty I threw it away.
The lomi-lomi tomato was meh.
The kalua pig was average.
The cabbage underneath was a little fermented.
The terri chicken was actually really good, large portion and cooked just right, the one saving grace.

The food is soooo so good!!! I love their teriyaki chicken and the macaroni salad is the best!! not only is the food so delicious but the guy working their was so amazing too! Thank you for the amazing service!!

THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. I ended up going to urgent care where they said I needed to go to the ER because it was so bad, then spending the night in the hospital non stop throwing up getting pumped with multiple medications through an IV. On Christmas Eve. NEVER AGAIN. Do not go here. Now I have a $1000+ medical bill after getting their 3 meat plate. I am so upset.

The day we went in they closed early and shut of the grills but they still served us and gave us a bunch of free food that was an amazing experience definitely would recommend

Gotta love $20 for what tasted like half cooked frozen chicken. Haven’t been to this location before but was a regular diner down south, hopefully just a bad afternoon
