We got takeout, food is good; it’s better than some other Poly restaurants nearby.
My boyfriend ordered me a plate with extra rice, no mac (love but can’t have) - which they did. The proteins being both Teriyaki Chicken and Teriyaki Beef, as you can see - we only got the Teri Beef and a sauce I’m assuming was for the chicken. Good place, just needs to work on consistency.

Service was awesome. Dylan gave great suggestions and the Katsu chicken was incredible. Try the Kavaade as well!

I've been coming here for the past year, and I've consistently enjoyed the food. Over time, I've gotten to know the owners, as they were often working behind the scenes. It’s clear that business has been thriving, which has led to a number of new hires. While this growth has been great for the restaurant, it’s also caused a slight dip in the quality of the food, though it’s still generally good.
However, today I had a disappointing experience—the chicken from my meal was off from the very first bite, which made me feel unwell and a bit frustrated. Normally, I would have rated this place a one star after such an experience, but I truly appreciate the owners and the positive qualities they bring to the restaurant. I hope they take this feedback to heart and make some improvements moving forward.

Ordered the stir fry combo and this is all I got. I asked the employee at the counter if this is all that came with the meal and he said yes. Pretty disappointed considering the photo they have on their website shows some serving of protein with the stir fry. I am feeling misled and ripped off. I would not order this again especially for the price.

Changed their fries. They used to be these awesome crispy heavily seasoned things of beauty. Now they taste of cardboard and I'm pretty sure they are the kind you get from the grocery store. They don't even taste fried.

We were really excited to try this Hawaiian spot! The macaroni salad was definitely the highlight — creamy, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for. The garlic chicken and katsu chicken had great flavor too, but unfortunately the texture of the meat was off. I'm pretty picky about meat, so I tried to give it a pass, but even my husband (who usually isn’t as particular) agreed — it seemed like a mix of white and dark meat with some questionable rubbery bits and that weird white stuff you sometimes find in chicken. It made it hard to enjoy the dish, so we ended up mostly filling up on the rice and mac salad.
I don’t like Mo’ Bettahs for this very reason, and the reviews here led me to believe I might have better luck — but that just wasn’t the case. Maybe it was an off day, but with how expensive it is to eat out these days, it’s frustrating to pay that much just to fill up on rice and mac salad. We won’t be going back.

Let this place be my hidden secret. Great food, great value, and friendly staff and ownership. Macaroni salad is the best around, not to mention their garlic chicken in a sweet Thai chili sauce.

Great place. Delicious food. Clean. Nice workers.
Delicious food, good prices, great atmosphere. I live right next to another Hawaiian bbq spot but I drive across town to come here. Make sure you try the donuts too.

This is my fourth time here. The food is always cooked perfectly. The staff is always respectful. People say the prices are high, but what they are putting out is high-quality food that will keep you from feeling homesick if you're from the islands. This place is better than any other food around. Also, the owner is always around overlooking his staff and the dining room to make sure it's up to his five-star standard. Dont count this place out!

Chicken was cooked perfect-after I ordered it so it was pipin’ hot!
Macaroni salad is SO much better than the local big chain “Hawaiian style food” places. It actually has the right amount of flavor (I would like more carrots and additional celery but that’s a me thing lol)
Happy I stopped in to grab lunch, which had huge portions. Could have shared it with a friend!
Music would have made the better

Came here 5/17/25 and was probably the best experience I’ve had with a food place in months! It was delicious I got the garlic chicken mini bowl and it was a huge serving I was super full. My friend got the cheese burger combo and he loved it. The people working there are super nice! Thank you for the experience I will definitely be coming back !
