The food oh don’t get me started with the food it was horrid I could have gotten cheaper at Ogie’s and ogies taste better my husband got a T-bone steak I’m appalled there calling it that to be honest and the server kept getting in our personal space and kept touching my daughter who is 2 without asking if it’s okay

Good morning! I just wanted to leave my review commenting that everything is fine but there is only one thing that will tell me and my family. For the last few times we have gone, the waitress serves the coffee with the jug, putting the spout of the jug into my coffee and so on with all the other customers. He also grabs the coffee cups and glasses, with very little hygiene, that is, grabbing them where the coffee is going to be drunk. I hope they see my comment and improve these aspects since many people could catch viruses and bacteria in this way.
It's IHOP, not Ruths Chris Steakhouse. If you like IHOP, you know what you're getting and you're happy with it. These guys were fine and we enjoyed our food and service

I ordered the sirloin tips breakfast… the meat wasn’t medium done as requested and I only received about 8 small pieces of steak… not worth the price.

I don't understand why they don't give napkins, you have to use the napkins where the cutlery comes wrapped, you ask for napkins and they say what those are the ones, I won't come back again.

Arrived for brunch around 1:30, it wasn’t that busy, we got seated right away. It took the sever 10-15 minutes to assist us. They assisted some people next to us that arrived a few minutes after us and they took their drinks order right away and then brought their drinks out. A few minutes passed then the server assisted us for the first time. The food came out quickly and was really good but I’ve never waited that long to have my order taken, also no water was given to us when usually they give us water without asking.
