Being a long time veteran in food and beverage I would suggest not assuming a 25%tip was expected. I now understand why I'm seeing unhappy diners. It was IHOP, it was what was expected and delivered.

I came her today and it saddens me to say I am disappointed I love ihop but I overheard one of the servers talking about a table she had and making fun of her patrons by saying the girl looked “scary” among other things I believe her name started with an A and she had fried blonde hair , sad to think they didn’t know and still gave her their money.
I’ve been here multiple times and each time the food is terrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

It was very packed up on arrival for my party of 5 but we seemed to get seated and served in a timely manner. Our waiter was very attentive and kept conversation at a minimum which we appreciated. The food was hot and delicious. .y family and I will definitely be coming back.
