It would be nice if you guys could be open on the days that you are suppose to be open. I check your website to make sure you’re open but when I get there, no one is there. Your food is really good though.

This place is never open!! The food is fantastic and haven’t found any Hawaiian food here in the valley that tops it, the only problem is their hours are super inconsistent and you never know if they’ll be open or not. I’ve posted on my social media about them and have recommended it to a few friends which they’ve told me they tried going three times during “normal hours” and they were closed each time. Love to support local and send more business, but wish they were actually open for business!

I first tried to come here a month ago. I walked in and got a sorry we're closed from someone sitting down. Apparently there was a soft opening/family gathering going on of some sort. Okay cool whatever. Two weeks after that, I call and the phone just rings and doesn't stop. No VM or anything. It just rings. Really wanting to try a place like this closer to home- I drove there. There was a written sign on the door saying they were closed because of equipment malfunction. Today, I call them and it says it's not a working number now. I found out there was a general line instead of calling direct, so I tried that and it says they're closed for the day. I'm really trying to try this place out and I know they haven't been open long... I don't know what's going on but a little effort on management please? I'm going to update this. If I can try them.

This place has been closed every time I've gone by. The number goes to some random person's voicemail, there is nothing on their store front, website, social media, or anything else indicating if/when they will reopen.

I love Hawaiian food, have tried to eat here three separate times, during normal regular lunch hours. And this place has been closed every time. I'm kind of done with trying, I suggest if you come to this place call beforehand to see if they're open

Food was good. Being from Hawai’i, Hilo specifically, makes it even more special. Katsu chicken was crispy and on point along with your Kalbi ribs and Teri Beef. Thank you very much!!

My sister & I were looking for a Hawaiian spot and came across Island Grinds in West Jordan. When I tell you that this is the BEST place to get you some Hawaiian food? I ain even lying hahaha. Customer service is always 10/10 they get you in & out in a timely manner especially practicing great social distancing cause of covid. Food is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS super FRESH & HOT!!! Portions are better than any other place I’ve been to in Utah. Believe me when I say, this place is so good my sister & I probably come atleast 2-3 times a week ?
