I made a decently big order online for delivery and Door Dash was the delivery service. The dummy from DD delivered the wrong order (it was from Kneaders) and I couldn't get a hold of them to remedy the situation. Luckily, the sweethearts that work at Jamba remade the whole order and were super understanding. I was heated about the whole thing but they made me feel so much better. They didn’t have to go out of their way since it wasn't their fault, nor did they have to be so kind to this borderline Karen.
