Placed an online order and showed up 20 minutes after and I was told it would be a 5 minutes left wait which is okay with me, but I had to continue to wait for my order for another 30 minutes plus, turns out they didn’t even start my order until 45 minutes after I placed it and continued to make other orders placed after mine, I had to wait almost a whole hour just to get my food

Best service with a great attitude. These guys were great! Jessi and his coworker were so nice and polite. I feel like it’s hard to find good customer service these days- and both of these gentleman were just the best- even on a busy day during the holidays 😊. Thank you!

I got the original Italian and it is one of the best Italian subs i've had from a Sub Place like this I would highly recommend checking it out. The employees were amazing And if you want your sandwich a certain way all you gotta do is ask Thank you for the sandwich and I'll see you guys soon

The last 4-5 times I ordered from here, the order was wrong. Missing Ingredients that come on the sandwiches (mainly bacon), putting mayo on them when I ask for no mayo, DROWNING everything in way too much oil and vinegar. Very disappointing. I’m done with this location.

Ordered 2 hours early and it still wasn’t ready. Lady behind the counter was talking to her boyfriend the entire time, but he didn’t work there he was pretending to order the entire 15 minutes as I was waiting for my two hour late sandwich.
