Jersey Mike's Subs

Never on time. It takes 30 minutes to make one sub. 0/10 recommend. People will go here just because it’s Jersey Mike’s, but it’s probably the worst jersey Mike’s on the block. The kids look at you like you’re an idiot when you walk in and act like you’re doing them a disservice by being there. It’s gotten worse over the year. I’ve lived here, and I’m never going to this location again.

I have not had Jersey Mike's at Jordan Landing. My daughter & I saw the bowl commercial & decided to try one. We had the Club Sub bowl. I ordered online. My order was delivered quickly. What an amazing delight!!!! So much quality meat & cheese. So much food. This bowl was delicious & was enjoyed two meals. We will be going back. I'm totally impressed. I hope you will try Jersey's Mike's. I'm glad I did.

when someone asks for jalapeños on their sandwich put them on. rather than being lazy & lieng saying there already on the sandwich. 👎🏻

What a filthy uncapped place.
The manager walks around the dining room talking on her phone like she's a teenager from the hood while guests and even new potential employees wait for her to finish her gossiping phone calls. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure when the last time they were even cleaned. The kitchen is a mess there's food and sludge all over the floor in the kitchen. I can't believe this place has so many good reviews. It must just be by a bunch of blind sheep stopping to get a quick bite to eat but if they only saw behind the scenes they would probably never eat here again.

Amazing subs high quality ingredients. What a friendly amazing staff. Shout out to Store Manager Bianca for having such a clean store with an amazing staff! This is why I drive out of my way for my catering

I just had a really bad experience at this location. I walked in the front door at 7:00 PM, ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 hot sandwich and 1 cold sandwich. I finally left with the sandwiches at 7:50 PM. 50 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Unacceptable for a take-out. Waited 35 minutes just for bacon. Also, leaving ready to wrap sandwiches on stainless steel counter by cash register with every single sandwich is unsanitary. They should always be on a fresh paper wrapping. Will not be returning to this location.

Employees are nice. The only thing I can say that gives me pause is I noticed an employee that was handling my sandwich had on some sort of yarn bracelet that kept dragging across my sandwich as he was cutting it and it grossed me out to think of possible cross contamination from whatever bacteria was on the bracelet and which touched my bread as he prepared my sandwich. Like if you use the restroom then whatever bacteria your bracelet touches in the bathroom could POSSIBLY be on a sandwich you are paying for. Kinda gross if you think about it. Opportunity to retrain staff before the health inspector makes a visit.

Ordered online for pick up, was 5 mins late and it took them 20 minutes to bag our food. they messed up the bread as well. and the workers were just wandering as it was busy, leaving check out unattended. i love jersey mike’s but this changed my mind on them. most likely will not eat at this location again.
