I’m confused… Why does this West Jordan location have a more expensive catering menu than the other Jimmy John locations? It’s $68 for a 30 count party box at other locations but $77 at this location.

Look, I get it is hard to find people to care about what they are doing, but quality control and food safety are important when providing a service that is food and/or drink related. We've gone into this location AND had food delivered and both times the food was disgusting. Icy lettuce that tastes old. Bread that is over baked. Rude customer service and zero quality control. One of our sandwiches had extra meat and cheese and their idea of extra was one more slice of each than normal. My advice, order from a different sandwich shop. This one is not worth the money to put up with rude people and inedible food.

I have overcharged $7.78. I contact Store store manager they told me store manager page she with you very soon. Contact you phone number I never received call back three days still haven’t called back. I don’t know why they’re not issue refund because I proof state amend my credit card I proof 10 action when I was ordered only one, but still I didn’t receive my Overcharged, I had to go through my bank dispute. Very poor service management Page her name page she awful

If you expect a safe healthy meal and your drink with a straw and ice and not watered down then don't go here to this location especially if you experience a rotting prickle and you call to discuss it and the first thing out of your mouth is there really isn't anything you can do now but communicate and make sure this doesn't happen again and the person that answers instantly says what do you want us to do about it. Literally just said there isn't anything that can be done but educate and discuss with your team and the fact I live so close that my ice shouldnt have been "melted" per the driver it was due to heat. I got zero ice on a hot day because I am a 3 minute drive and I got the food within minutes of being left at my door.
Rotting pickles and poor preparation and disgusting customer service and excuses with no active listening.

Service was extremely slow! A ton of workers and I had to wait too long to have them take my order. They had multiple people waiting way too long I front of me. Not what you’d expect when you order a ham and cheese #1. It was also very expensive. Prices have gone up and I will never come back to this location. Waiting 20 minutes is way too long and un expectable.
