Someone can provide the answer to my question: was this location open on the day after Thanksgiving? I dont know of any fast food that isn't, but around 1:35pm on Friday after Thanksgiving 2025, not a car in any parking lot, noone responding at the drive up intercom, not a soul inside the restaurant from what I could see. If you were closed for the Holliday, nevermind. If you were supposed to be open, put this in the category with all the other negative comments about poor service amd employees all disappearing
I’ve arrived at 10:49 pm and they refused to serve food, It says open until 11pm so I and confused..

Went to drive thru. ONLY vehicle in line. ordered 3 things, THREE got home received two. i tried calling, no answer for several times. finally someone answers, 100% language barier. she hung up on me, the phone was no longer ringing. busy off the wall sounds. ridickulous one person ordering three items two items were the same 2 mac n chesse 1 mash potatoe couldnt get it right, cant make it right, cant communicate. ill be disputing my creditcard charges, i wont be recomending west jordan redwood rd 90000 south to anyone.

Very bad service. I spent over 40 minutes there waiting in a drive-thru area where the guy sent me, and then he told me my order was gone. I want my money back. Terrible service, a terrible experience. My order was in my friend Pamela's name, and we never got any help.

Dont know who works the 7:30 shift on saturdays but they are abysmal everytime I go, they try to rush you, they mess up the order and their snark mouthed brats, if you want an enjoyable experience dont go here

This location would be great if they would cook my food all the way so that the chicken isn't like a booger, include all the items that I paid for and not keep my receipt...apparently don't eat here if you don't plan on dining in. The drive thru is not recommended.
I sat in the drive through line for over 30 min!! If I wasn't stuck there I would have left. Absolutely ridiculous--- it wasn't even busy- like 4 cars and no one inside.. Ill NEVER go back.

This place is disgusting. We waited for our food for 50 minutes. I asked if we could get a refund i was told the manager wasn't working. The employee said she could give the manager my number. I told her I would wait a few more minutes. They cater to the drive thru and door dash before the people who walk in. When my food was finally ready we sat down to eat. As we were about finish with our food. There was a fly in my fill up bowl. I do feel bad for the 3 employees that were working here. It's Friday night and not enough help or management. That's just ridiculous.

Ordered a 16-piece bucket, had to wait 25 minutes for the order to be handed to me. At this point, I was irritated, went home to bring family dinner to find out there were 8thighs drumsticks 4wings not 1 breast in the bucket. So I called the store to give them a chance to make this right, will not pick up their phones. Call 3x no answer each time. So now I suppose I am expected to get in my vehicle, drive back to the store to complain about the order to a staff member who doesn't seem to care about the customers( those people who keep you all in business). We will be contacting corporate to file our complaint and concerns. It seems that corporations need to step in and get some new managers who value their ratings and scores which reflect the service, cleanliness, quality, and care. Might I suggest they take some notes from the American Fork, UT store.

One of the rudest guys at the drive thru window. I know it's a fast food place, but this guy takes the cake, horrible customer service. Skinny little white kid with glasses...a thank you or you're welcome would go a long way.
