My chicken was thoroughly cooked inside but not fully outside. The drive-up window guy jumped out of the window to bring me my bag of food so as not to keep me waiting. Hard location to get in and out of during rush hour.

What a joke... didn't get any sauce we asked for...the tenders were about the size of the fries... which were greasy AND cold... the root beer tasted like flat soapy water... didn't get a receipt... the server simply grunted... I will never eat at KFC or a&w again...oh and I got to pay over 30$for this shitty experience

I work right around the corner from this KFC and have known several employees who have come and gone from this location over the past twenty years. Hats off to the young man who has helped me the past several times (I'll catch your name next time), if you're still here. You're extremely understaffed, but you did a heck of a job today, handling a very stressful environment.

Today we went to this establishment with my son and a Venezuelan worker did not want to serve us because he told us that he was going to tell us how to take orders and sent us to the drive-through. True, it is not fair that they do what they want if they do not know how to work, it is better not to have them. staff like that and we had to go through the drive true to order our food because the Venezuelan worker did not want to serve, but the güerito was very kind in his work
They didn’t let us order saying it was closed at 9:34pm when it says in their door and online they close at 11pm, the door was unlocked and they asked us to leave while laughing.

We did an online order and they completely messed it up. When my wife got home we realized we were missing half of our order so called the restaurant and they were not apologetic, just said to come back and get the rest. Went back, the manager at the time was rather rude and unhelpful, and even said we should be happy since he gave us free items. HE DID NOT! WE WERE STILL MISSING ITEMS FROM OUR ORDER AFTER WE WENT BACK. He then said to call customer service if there is a problem and that has been a hassle as well. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
