Very good service. I pre ordered my meal and they had it ready asoon as possible. The Atmosphere was excellent in my opinion. And the food was properly cooked and handled and very delightful. I love this restaurant I would come here again.

I am in the middle of washing clothes at the landromat and decided I wanted to grab a quick bite from the drive through - I got a chicken pot pie in a combo and a waffle they forgot the silverware and the honey and or butter for the waffle it was such a small simple order im surprised they didn't forget my straw for my drink.

Im super dissatisfied as I didn't have a chance to eat the chicken pot pie because I dont have silverware that I carry around or condiments like honey and butter my time was wasted and I am hungry.
They didn't give me a receipt for my purchase either or didn't consider asking if I want it. I will be calling to request for a refund

Do not go to this location, the nearby location on 4700S is far better. At this location the food is normally cold, and they told us today they don't have frosted mugs anymore. Last week they gave my parents free root beer because they were seniors and then today said they don't do that. Also the restaurant does not clean their tables so we had to use some wipes we had. This is a consistently bad experience and we try it again every now and then since it's so close but this was the last time as it was so bad.

Worst KFC ever! If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you plan on going to this KFC, don’t expect to order chicken because they won’t have it. You would think after the first 4 times of ordering from here and them not being able to fill my order I would have learned, but I again ordered tonight hoping it was better, Wrong! They were out of chicken! How does a KFC run out of chicken?? Sadly it’s not the first time, but it will be the last, I won’t be returning.

Today, I had an eye-opening and rather concerning experience at a local KFC in Jordan Landing that really made me question their food safety practices. On a day when I usually enjoy preparing a meal for my family, I decided to treat myself by picking up dinner instead. While I was waiting for my order, I took a moment to observe the kitchen staff as they prepared various menu items.

What struck me as particularly alarming was a young employee who was in charge of handling the fries. She seemed completely unaware of basic hygiene practices. Not only was she handling the fries with her bare hands, but I also noticed her lifting the fries to taste them directly from the serving container—an act that I found quite unsanitary. To make matters worse, throughout this process, she repeatedly wiped her hands on her clothes, which only added to my discomfort regarding the cleanliness of the food being served.

This observation raised significant red flags about the restaurant's commitment to food safety and hygiene standards. I couldn't help but think about what this could mean for the overall quality and safety of the food being served to customers. As a result of this experience, I left the establishment feeling uneasy and have decided that I will not be returning as a customer in the future. It was disappointing to witness such a lack of hygiene awareness in a place where food safety should be a top priority.

I got the wrong order again. I can't drive, I can barely walk. This is the second time that I've order KFC to be delivered and received the wrong food.
Now I stuck here with no food. I cannot eat the food that they sent. It's all going I'm the garbage. I'm not happy. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST KFC.

When I got my delivery, I had missing food items, no silverware, napkins, or condiments, and the Mac and cheese in the bowl had the film from the bottom of the PAN in it.
When one of your kids' food doesn't come, and the other kids' food has brown pan sludge in it, the nights ruined.

I came through the drive thru around 8 with two separate orders. The Karen taking the order said I couldn’t do that as it’s an INCONVENIENCE. If policy doesn’t allow it that’s fine but to be told it’s an inconvenience to do the same thing she’ll do anyway when I come back around is ridiculous. The rest of the crew was fine and friendly however. Also they forgot part of the order on the second order.

Idk how this place is in business still, I’ve come here twice and every time they give me someone else’s order, and claim they “just made it, but someone else must’ve taken it.” manager handled food with no gloves. all the employees seems lost and never know what’s going on I went though the drive through and was told to come inside and wait, waited an extra 15 minutes inside and had to remind them of my order. This place is an absolute joke along with management and the employees.

What a joke. We ordered a cheeseburger. We received a double bacon burger We ordered a 2 piece chicken meal. Fries instead of mashed potatoes. Biscuit was mangled and had gravy on it Where did the gravy come from? No honey butter no plastic ware or napkins

Afternoon crew is great night crew is okay. Service is always fast in the day but I just waited 25 minutes for a 10-piece nuggets. They didn't even start them until I'd been waiting for almost 15 minutes and I had to go in and remind them.
