I got the wrong order again. I can't drive, I can barely walk. This is the second time that I've order KFC to be delivered and received the wrong food. Now I stuck here with no food. I cannot eat the food that they sent. It's all going I'm the garbage. I'm not happy. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST KFC.

When I got my delivery, I had missing food items, no silverware, napkins, or condiments, and the Mac and cheese in the bowl had the film from the bottom of the PAN in it. When one of your kids' food doesn't come, and the other kids' food has brown pan sludge in it, the nights ruined.

I came through the drive thru around 8 with two separate orders. The Karen taking the order said I couldn’t do that as it’s an INCONVENIENCE. If policy doesn’t allow it that’s fine but to be told it’s an inconvenience to do the same thing she’ll do anyway when I come back around is ridiculous. The rest of the crew was fine and friendly however. Also they forgot part of the order on the second order.

Idk how this place is in business still, I’ve come here twice and every time they give me someone else’s order, and claim they “just made it, but someone else must’ve taken it.” manager handled food with no gloves. all the employees seems lost and never know what’s going on I went though the drive through and was told to come inside and wait, waited an extra 15 minutes inside and had to remind them of my order. This place is an absolute joke along with management and the employees.

What a joke. We ordered a cheeseburger. We received a double bacon burger We ordered a 2 piece chicken meal. Fries instead of mashed potatoes. Biscuit was mangled and had gravy on it Where did the gravy come from? No honey butter no plastic ware or napkins

Afternoon crew is great night crew is okay. Service is always fast in the day but I just waited 25 minutes for a 10-piece nuggets. They didn't even start them until I'd been waiting for almost 15 minutes and I had to go in and remind them.

Ordered online for pickup. Food was cold when we got home, only live 5 minutes away. Didn't get correct items. They changed my order without telling me. My receipt shows correct order, but the order slip attached to the bag was changed. We ordered 2 items that were the same thing, only received one and they substituted the other for something completely different, which wasn't even listed on the pickup receipt.

There's to many kids that don't have good customer service skills the cashier didn't really speak to me the line kid dropped an empty box on the floor and then put it back on the counter to still put food in it that's a big no no in the food business and the plac was a mess also the female cashier halee b was eating off the line as well not returning to a place that is ran so terribly!!! 😕

The people at closing have a bad attitude and I payed and never received food . They were telling us they never got our payment when it says completed on my end .

WOW! ? Incredible service! To start, the employees were very upbeat, kind, and patient! I’m very impressed! It took no time for them to put my order together and hand it out! I gasped and almost peed my pants when they handed me my bag of food as soon as I paid for it! I snuck a photo of one of my favorites who works there. She always makes my day when I get to see her in action in the back, taking orders for Drive-Thru like a BOSS!

The food was nothing like the picture. I hardly got any fries and they were cold. Cost a lot and very small amount of food. My bf ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and right when he bit in there was a chunk of hard plastic like material literally not possible to bite through in his sandwich. The lady who helped us when we came back because they didn't give us the sauce for the tenders that are the featured meal right now main Pic on the menue look really amazing and big and delicious but not so much in person. well on 10/15/24 @1:45pm the lady working was very caddy with us either socially uneducated or just rude.

I havent ever had a great experience at this location until Sienna served me today. Even though KFC cancelled my order that was charged to my card, Sienna had my meal ready quickly, acted like she cared, and had a smile the whole time. To the manager: keep her around! She deserves to be promoted!
