We love kneaders. We always try to visit when we are in Utah. But it took almost a full hour to get my order, which wasn’t very large. People that had come in after us were getting their food before we were, even though the counter assured me that we were next up. Very disappointed

Lately, every time I come here for the broccoli cheese soup they are always out. If this is a daily soup you should always have it. Here it is not even noon and they are out. Really disappointed 😞

I will no longer be going to Kneaders for their food. The turkey on my salad tasted like it was canned it stored in vegetable broth. Some meat on my sandwich tasted like that as well. They used to have really good turkey.

Serious issues! 25 minutes to get a kids sandwich that had ‘green’ on the bread…manager said it was avocado. Manager said they put the bread on top cut avocado….cross contamination much? Manager offered to make a new sandwich but it took over 25 minutes to get one in the first place so no thank you!
They had a ladder out that fell down on a customer and the carpet area in the dining area was BLACK from dirt!

I ordered doordash. My sandwich came with less than half the normal amount of turkey, two slices of avocado, and no bacon. They almost put a little bit of dressing on it. This is the worst kneaders sandwich I have ever received. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love Kneaders! The food is so good. literally everything I have had there has been absolutely delicious. The staff are always so easy going, and welcoming. I don't go often, but when I do, it's a treat every time

Ordered a roast beef and cheese whole sandwich ordered over the phone, went through the entire process and lastly was asked for my e-mail and was told that my e-mail did not go through, and they've had problems with e-mails. She could not process without e-mail. I called up Cafe Rio ordered it was ready in 7 minutes. Drove there picked it up.

Generally, a good experience here. Have had busy times where it's a little dirty, but it was extremely busy today and very clean. The breakfasts are great, and filling and they've changed some of their sandwiches and soups and they are quite yummy.

The Thai Chicken salad is SUPER good. Very filling and the chicken is tender, warm, and yummy. I love the dressing!

Prices are fairly astronomical now. You won't get out of there with your significant other without paying $30-45 for lunch or dinner. Not happy.
