Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

6:30 pm on a Saturday night and they tell me they are out of EVERY soup?? The manager here needs better training. I drove another 15 minutes to another Kneaders and they were happy to help me.
How frustrating.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this Kneaders. Maybe it’s worth it to drive to other locations and avoid this one.

Food is decent however they shouldn’t have a drive thru if they don’t have enough people to work on it 30 minutes wait for a cold soup and some bread is not worthy at all

Ordered their French toast at the jordan landing location, through drive thru today. Once we got home we noticed it was so dry, not edible at all. Waste of time and money. Very disappointed because this is the second time it has happened. I've always had a great experience but lately they've been going down hill.

Disatisfied...
Placed a pick up order at 5:15 for 6:15, arrive at 6:15, wait til 6:25 for them to tell me that they are out of roast beef and ham, how do you run out of roast beef at 6 on a saturday. So I settle for chicken pesto and receive the most pathetic $12 sandwich I've ever seen. I guess that's on me for not confirming that they made me a decent sandwich before I left the store.
Thanks for wasting my time.
Oh and I ordered a Sprite and got straight soda water.

I was reminded why I quit coming here tonight. Kneaders has become over priced with terrible food. They did not have two things I wanted to order. The turkey bacon avocado on foccacia bread was dry, turkey slimy and one small thin piece of bacon. They gave me bad cilantro dressing that ruined the entire bbq salad I couldnt even eat it. I would give zero stars if I could. I had worked a 14 hour shift on my feet and just wanted a nice meal. So disappointing I won't be going back.

Update had already ordered my thankagiving order hoping to have a better experience this time. Nope, definately disappointed again. Orderdd mini pecan pies and they didnt even have them even thought they were preordered and paid for. The lady geloing with the holiday orders were useless and it took for ever to get my money back. Thanks for nothing Kneaders at Jordan Landing.

Dirty store. Poor customer service and quality recently.a very disappointing experience probably just a management issue that could be fixed. Definitely room for improvement

We love kneaders. We always try to visit when we are in Utah. But it took almost a full hour to get my order, which wasn’t very large. People that had come in after us were getting their food before we were, even though the counter assured me that we were next up. Very disappointed

Lately, every time I come here for the broccoli cheese soup they are always out. If this is a daily soup you should always have it. Here it is not even noon and they are out. Really disappointed 😞
