Tbh the service is slow, I ordered a smoothie and it took 45 minutes to come out. Definitely a disappointment.

I swore off this location last year after the food was sub par compared to our usual location but my husband was by Jordan landing and grabbed breakfast to bring home (Kneaders French toast is our Saturday morning jam) y’all the French toast was made with no eggs.. just a thick, dry piece of old toast. like I know these egg prices are high but at the rate Kneaders has increased their prices (we are talking 1 salad, soup sandwich combo and 2 pastries $45.. not even a drink.. insane) you’d think that would account for situations like this. Anyway our family of 5 usually clears out the French toast but all my kids needed a drink to choke down the one bite they ate and refused to eat the rest. Kneaders won’t last long with their ridiculous prices, smaller portions and the food is what keeps us going but unfortunately it seems like that is going too.. so if you want French toast from here save your cash and go to your nearest grocery store dumpster and grab their month old bread slap it on your grill a few seconds each side and you’re golden.

Horrible service. I went to get a DoorDash order and I always have to cancel them because the wait time is too long. The guys are just laughing and making jokes. There was a man waiting to be served and he waited more than 10 minutes. This place is terrible.

This place is horrible. I've gone to get DoorDash orders and it takes up to 20 minutes to give you the order. These guys are just playing and making jokes. It seems like there's no manager paying attention to them.

My most recent visit to this location was very disappointing, waited 30 minutes for food in the drive through with one other car in front of me. Bread on the sandwich was incredibly soggy, poor chicken portions and quality, and no pesto on a pesto chicken sandwich. Very very disappointed in the quality of the food.
I usually love this Kneaders. However, this last time left me a little disappointed. Turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich had no bacon or avocado. The chicken salad sandwich was good, but the portion was small compared to the croissant. The food was good but we didn't get what we ordered.

I ordered a raspberry cream pie online. It said it was available. When I arrived 2 hours later I was told it was not ready and to wait about 15 minutes. I went back through the drive thru and was told they would have to make one. I sat in the parking lot for a while then went in to get pie. This time it was ready. I took it home gave to my mom for a birthday gift. It sat in the fridge for a few days. We got it out to cut it and the pie dough was raw! In their hurry to make they just threw it together in a raw pie shell! Whole pie wasted. Disgusted!

Dont use the drive though if you don't have 30 minutes to spare.
Twice I've gotten stuck in the drive through for over 25 minutes 🙃 for a freaking cookie!! 1 cookie! I come on my 30 min lunch breaks, the drive thru should be quicker, right? Absolutely not at Kneaders.
Maybe it would be a great idea to ask the drivers with catering or lengthy time orders to wait out front and someone can take their order to the car? Because there's no way out unless I drive over the curb, sidewalk and grass.

I went here Friday 1/24/25 between 1-2pm for lunch. I ordered a French Dip. I did what I usually do and I take the meat and cheese from 1 half and place on the other half. I ate 1 bite and it tasted really peppery and didn't taste that good but continued eating a couple more bites which just continued tasting badly. Finally I decided to stop eating it. I didn't say anything to the restruant because I thought it was not good because it was really peppery and just thought they must of changed meat.(I have ordered a French Dip before and it wasn't peppery) However once I came home I started feeling nauseated and as the night went on just got worse and worse then realized I had food Poisoning.

Really wish they would not do door dash here. The wait is atrocious and it’s wild considering how dead it is inside. Always at least ten minutes past the order deadline. I waited over 15 minutes for stuff that should take 5 minutes to make and there was zero urgency from the staff. I finally said “wtf is going on here” and had to unassign my order. Like do yall realize this is a job and you waste our time and money again and again? Get off door dash!

Very poor service. 20min wait for a cup of coffee (the only thing I ordered). I ended up giving up and leaving. Starbucks it is.

The tortilla soup was out of stock for the evening so I choose a soup that seemed like the only other brothy option, Chicken and Wild Rice. $20 spent on a quart of soup I can't eat because I'm lactose intolerant. I did fail to ask what base the soup was made from but it would be GREAT to have seen it was creamy on the menu. It also had very little chicken and about a tablespoon of wild rice, in the entire quart.

I usually like Kneaders however this location isn’t the greatest. It’s slower & the staff aren’t the kindest. The food should be a bit better for the price too.
