Put in an order on their web page. Got a confirmation number and a pickup time. Arrived there and no record of our order. Looked at my credit card record and was charged for the order. They would not honor the order or refund/cancel the charge. They said they would make the order but I would have to pay again Loved this place but never going back after this

Came here with a large group and the staff was fantastic, had our table ready and we did not wait long for food. 10/10 :)

Delicious!

Was almost a perfect experience. The fact that it was like 2:00 on a weekday makes it that much more impressive to me.
The food was cooked very well and delivered hot and fresh.
The only lack of star for the food was for flavor. The flavor of everything wasn't 5 star, mostly because it was bland and I didn't have salt/pepper/hotsauce to put on it.
But if you like mild-to-under seasoned food, this palce would be PERFECT to you.

We had to wait 30 minutes to get drinks and almost 2 hours for the food to come out. I got a burrito and it only had meat and cheese. The service was poor. Personal belongings from staff members were laying around. And a packet of sour cream for $1.50 if you’re going out of business just say something. Surprised the suckers were free.

Food was excellent!
We sat by the boom box so it was difficult to have a conversation.
“Wait to be seated” - same female staff looked at us waiting, finished rolling her silverware, ate a chip and another server finally led us to our seat.

I usually love this restaurant and when I dine-in it's usually a decent portion. But lately every time I get take out they hardly put anything in my burrito. It ends up looking like a folded tortilla with sauce over the top. It's very unfortunate and if it continues I will find a new restaurant to go to.
