Been coming here for a minute now. Always get a chicken smothered burrito with rice to go. I just don't know what's going on with the chicken has a hard to chew no tender texture to it now a days and the rice used to be moist and now kinda dry

I know what to expect with these places, but this was the worst food I’ve ever had at one. It was so bland, the tortilla was extra thick like 10x a normal tortilla and there was basically nothing inside it. Waste of time money and calories.

Food is a - star. This is the ONLY La Puente that is horrible! Save yourself bad food and go to the LaPuente’s that actually know how to cook the recipe that established La Puente… Quality La Puente’s are in Taylorsville or the one in Salt Lake. I’ve dinned in West Jordan and ordered out, both experiences were horrible.

Asked for limes, they gave us lemons, asked for corn tortillas, they gave us flour. Asked for double rice they gave us double beans and my man got beans n rice. Wth???? Then the chips were basically tossed at us and landed all over the table. The server was NOT English speaking or just not paying attention. Won't be going back. Plenty more Mexican restaurants to try. Won't recommend to my friends and family. :'(

Food is horrible. Nowhere near the food you get at any other la puente. Everything was watery and bland from the smothered burrito to the salsa. Spent 100 dollars and got nothing but disappointment.
First time customer. Excellent!!!! Our waiter was exceptional! The food was a 10+!!!! We will be back!

They were highly accommodating for a large group and were able to keep us isolated from others to help with the noise. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. Javier was awesome. Thanks for great service
