I placed an order for 4 pizzas on the website several hours before I had a get together with friends. The get together ended up being cancelled and so I called the store location to try and cancel the order. I have been on hold for an hour. I have reached customer service people who are apparently not at this location and they could not help me either. Very frustrating experience and very baffling how something as simple as cancelling an order is seemingly impossible.

Artie is always making sure we are satisfied and that the pizza is as fresh as can be. Even if just getting a hot n ready he mentions if you can wait a few mins a fresh one will be out. Imo always thinking of the customer and it’s much appreciated here.

If I could rate zero stars for service and atmosphere, I absolutely would first of all I tried to place an online order well, before the store was closed and for some reason, it pushed me to the next morning so when I figured this out again well before the store closed, I went into the store asking if I could just have the order made now the employees who either chose to pretend they didn’t speak English or not understand we’re too busy trying to close up early and go home early to do anything. They refused to help me try to cancel the order as I wouldn’t want it at 10:30 in the morning. They were rude unprofessional. I found out going in today that one of the employees who is not even on schedule was behind the counter more than happy to visit with the employees that were supposed to be working that we’re not After over an hour, trying to cancel the order over the phone. I got told by the only helpful employee. Rosa Hijra that the phones didn’t even work in their establishment that’s what she was told so I wasted over an hour trying to take care of it on the phone. Had to finally drive to the store. Huge inconvenience. Finally thanks to Rosa and only Rosa. I was able to get a refund The app as a joke ordering through the app as a joke. Because you’re unable to cancel your order at anytime unless you go in and actually have somebody that understands how the job works and understands how to cancel an order which they could’ve done last night they chose not to because they were just as they said they were done working The only time I would ever order from the store again would definitely not be online. And would be in person and the only person I would place an order with is Rosa as she was friendly helpful, and did her best to quickly handle the situation. It did take over two hours for me just to cancel my order, which is absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully in the future they do something to fix the app so you can cancel the order if need be a lot easier Considering they don’t train their employees or they allow their employees to be so lazy that they have no customer service and that they pretend that they don’t speak English or maybe they don’t speak English. I don’t know all I know is they acted like they didn’t understand me when I asked them plain and simple to cancel my order last night which they could’ve done according to Rosa, who did actually help me And their attitudes were poor and unprofessional my advice never order In the evening online because I’m sure it’ll be disappointing. I did leave A written statement with my phone number and my name and my complaint for the GM I will be expecting to hear from them if I do not hear from them then obviously the problem is management down and that would mean they only have one good employee being Rosa hopefully they Try to Fix these issues in the future people should take pride in their job or not work there. I went in last night plenty of time before closing for them to make the food and they chose not to because they said they had already cleaned up and they clearly wanted to close early which they did lock the doors before 10 o’clock clearly wanting to leave early very frustrated with this whole situation and I have been having to deal with it for more than a few hours Absolutely ridiculous.

Artie would’ve had to be one of the nicest customer service I’ve ever seen or experience in my entire life and that is no joke. There was a customer right before me. It was so rude to artie, He kept his cool better then most anyone reading a review including myself
Gotta give a shoutout to Artie. He delivered a masterclass pizza made to perfection, just as requested. If you ever run into the master pizza chef, he won’t disappoint.

They definitely took a very long time to make my order but the person that was making the orders was trying her hardest to keep up. The food is amazing and she was very nice.
