On Saturday at around noon tried to dine at Lucky’s Iron Door at Jordan Landing, and had a very disappointing experience. My father, a Navy veteran in his 70s who can barely walk, and my brother, who is recovering from a broken leg and uses a cane, were with us. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty — with only one other table occupied — the staff refused to seat us until every member of our party arrived. We explained their mobility limitations, but no accommodation was offered. For people with disabilities or limited mobility, being forced to stand and wait is painful and unsafe. While I understand restaurants often have a “full party required” policy, applying it in a nearly empty restaurant without making an exception shows a lack of compassion and, in my view, is out of step with ADA requirements. I hope management takes this seriously and updates policies and training so all guests, including those with disabilities, are treated with dignity and respect. Also asked for manager and was told “we self manage” and handed a business card for a google phone box
Pros: Our server Kit was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The burgers are juicy and fresh.
Cons: The food is over priced. It’s $2.5 extra for seasoning on the fries otherwise the fries are plain and nothing to write home about.

Staff was very friendly and communicative. We knew from the hostess that there was 1 waitress and the wait would be a little longer than normal. Our waitress Keni was super amazing and did so good waiting on us. All of the tables seated were big parties and we watched her take excellent care of everyone. We were a party of seven and every order was right. The food was so delicious and cooked well. The value for the service and quality was perfect. It will def be a stop for us every visit.

Though I am an employee I’ve gotta give a shout to Kolton.
He bartended our employee Christmas party and gave everyone fantastic service by keeping us in good spirits while we enjoyed each others company.
Thanks for being you Kolton always above and beyond even amongst your friends.

They literally have the best onion rings!! I don’t think I’ve ever had better! The burgers are absolutely to die for with unique options and a great blend of flavors! They are also so very friendly and make your dining experience such a positive one!

Super fun experience, love the OG Lucky 13 spot, but this was awesome for the whole fam. Very accommodating to our group when we ran into a snag and did their best to help in any way they could. Loved the libations and get the Nut Butter Burger! Great time!

Two sides to this place, so don't get lost. One side has the bar included. The celestial burger is darn good. The bacon, which the server said is smoked daily, is perfect. I love the fact that they use leafy greens instead of iceberg is also a great touch. The staff buzz around like a well oiled machine and are all super friendly. Come on in for a burger and beverage!

The food was pretty okay but the service was bad. I’ll start by saying the waitress was nice and friendly, but what I found totally bizarre was that we had paid for our meals and tipped generously, only to be told we had to leave because other people were waiting to sit there. I do understand that they want to fit more people in, but I’ve never been told that in my life as a paying customer in a restaurant. The hostess then put a “no service” card on our table. Mind you, they waited until after we paid and tipped to do this. I think that’s really rude and if the owner is seeing this, a lot more should be done to deal with your employees that do this because that’s not good business practice. I thought of taking a few people there in the future but after that, not going to happen.

The food was good but not for the prices, drinks were small for the price as well. Waitress was super kind and professional. There was a weird smell in the entire area so it made it a smidge unappetizing.

Lyna (I might be spelling that wrong) was awesome! Very attentive. Made me a couple different cocktails, and they were both extremely enjoyable. The fried pickles are to die for! The rosemary and garlic fries are a must try! The burger was "fire!" according to my husband.

Sooooo yummy! Every burger I've had has been amazing! Tonight they had the Ja-popper burger as the special. Jalapenos, cream cheese, bacon, and all the other toppings on an amazingly cooked burger. Complete with garlic-rosemary fries. Out of this world!
