Ordered for delivery at 5:43pm, got a confirmation email at that time. Got the "constructing," "baking," and "ready" emails soon after. Then that it was on its way at 5:56pm. 1.5 hours later, no delivery, so I called Marco's to see if something was wrong with the order since I only live 10 minutes away. They said they couldn't find my order at first, but then after looking further they said the order was canceled at 6:21pm. I never canceled it. When I asked the manager what we could do about it, sort of prompting him for a solution, he didn't have one. Just sort of shrugged it off. So I requested to leave it cancelled. Don't think I'll try with them again. There was no attempt to solve the problem.

I had a pretty big order and needed help taking my stuff to the car and the young worker named Kelly really stepped up. I’m very appreciative of the customer service. They have here at the store. That’s why I love the store the customer service with the employees and the quality of the food. It’s always good.

Spend $50 on two calzones and some wings and they won't give you ranch. Wanted another $2 for each ranch. That won't win customers and won't want me to recommend to hotel guests. I'll still with the PiE. You guys suck.

Disappointing. My review is based on two visits. The pizza's appearance wasn't even close to the ads on tv. The toppings only covered the center half of both pizzas. The other half was pizza crust.

As for the wait time, I was waiting at least an hour, in-store for my order.

Ordered for take out paid over 60 for what I got. They got it all wrong and almost gave me another customers order. I don’t want to hear the typical “truly sorry for your experience”. No excuses I ordered a split half and half pizza deluxe and it only came with pepperoni. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. It’s not that hard to make a pizza and get it right. I took pictures of my receipt and pizza too because what a joke. Don’t waste your money go elsewhere. Avoid this place.

The worst Pizzeria Marco's I made an order and gave all the details, address, card, the pizza never arrived ? they charged me, I went to complain and they don't have my information and they don't know anything, I will never go to that place again

I went to the location in west Jordan on redwood road ordered two of the so called low carb pizza and was told by the girl at the register said it is very low carb about less than 10 carbs that is bullshit there is 42 grams in a small pizza now it will take us 4 or 5 days to get back on track with keto I will never go to Marco's pizza again and I will tell everyone I know how we were lied to by the staff and ordered 16 wings got home and there were only 12 wings $67.21 a big waste of money now it is time to put this on every social media platform.
