Marco's Pizza

We’ve ordered from Marcos for years. The pizza is good and they’re generally pretty reliable. Unfortunately they lost my business today.

I did the usual app order with an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. That’s normal, no big deal. Twenty six minutes after I ordered I got a text saying my Door Dash order from Marco’s would be delivered twenty two minutes later. It wasn’t disclosed during ordering that Door Dash would be delivering my food. I’m not excited to receive a pizza that has been sitting waiting for a third party to pick up for delivery. I’m especially angry about the extra amount of time it’s taking. I ordered around 4:15 pm, well before the dinner rush.

If this is how their pizzas will be delivered, I’m done with Marcos.

Had this for the first time and WOW. This is what pizza tasted like back in the 90s. Seriously, the flavors threw me right back into my teenage years and brought back a flood of memories. Can't love this pizza enough.

Wouldn't order from here. They lie about delivery times. Told us we would see order in 30 minutes an hour later told us it was just leaving then called again 10 minutes later and said it was just leaving then. Very poor service.

I had to get my pizza sent out twice because the first time they put no sauce on it. I also had wings resent out that barely had any sauce on them so they decided to pour half a freaking bottle on them instead Whoever I talk to was filled with attitude and basically hung up on me after telling them, I wanted it recent out. Literally would never go here again filled with attitude, the grossest food I’ve ever tasted in my actual life. A huge waste of money

Ordered from this place a few times. They never bring the correct dipping sauce, prepare the pizza correct. I have never got my correct order once from this place.

Update: ordered again to see if they got better. And they have not. Order took over 45 minutes to arrive. And the driver marked it delivered well before showing up to my house. I was about to call the manager when she arrived. Pizza was cold and one i do not know what they did. It was cut many different ways like a 2 year old was cutting the pizza. Not sure what happened to this place. Went down hill so fast.

This was my first experience with Marco's, I gotta admit I didn't like the pizza.
Between the different style of pizza sauce, as well the weird cheese taste. It just wasn't edible for me or my kid. However the crust was the worst! It reminded me of Domino's in the 90's, we all remember what cardboard taste like right?

The cheese sticks were supposed to be my favorite part. but I just can't get past the strange taste it left, and I really didn't enjoy the bread.

We also had the cinnasticks with chocolate sauce. I think this was the only thing I did enjoy. because I used them for French toast the next day, still not a fan of the crust though.

All in all it was a good deal, to try this brands take on pizza. I think I'll stick with Wasatch pizza or Papa John's, for the foreseeable future of my next orders of pizza.

I would love to try this brand again. If and when they relaunch the brand or menu. but I am not a fan of spicy pizza sauce and skimpy amounts of cheese and toppings.

A very small spot the dining area needed a lot of cleaning. I felt dirty, but I ate anyways because I was hungry and other than that the service was great and we didn’t have to wait in line. We got our pizza right away and our pizza was good.

always get a good pizza from here! the employees are nice and offer quick service.
i'm so appreciative that marco's offers a cauliflower crust, i have to carefully manage my blood sugar and having a low-carb option is amazing. i also tried the pizza bowl as another low-carb option and it was honestly delicious! i didn't expect to enjoy it so much

They were very kind and accommodating about a delivery mishap. We order here all the time for a few years now and this is the only time we've had anything go wrong. Their pizza is my favorite option!

The pizza here is great! It's the best local place I've been to. Beats little ceasers or pizza hut any day.

Apparently switched to door dash without telling anyone. Unsealed boxes. Took over an hour to deliver. Never again.

We have ordered from here more times than I can count. Usually they are fast and the pizza is great. We always order delivery. The last 2 times we've ordered it gas taken FOREVER to get the pizza. Today it was estimated to be delivered in about 49 minutes. After an hour I called because it hadn't come. I was told that they were really busy and my pizza just left the building. I should have it in 10 minutes. They were kind and apologetic. I tried to be patient. Another half an hour went by and I called again. They offered to refund my money. I didn't want a refund I wanted the pizza. Another half hour went by (now an hour since my pizza left their building) and it finally arrived. The driver apologized for the delay and assured me that the pizza was still hot and the salads were still cold. Well, the salads were cold bit the pizza was warm-ish and the cheese was yuck!. Those who ate it had to heat it up. It was not warm enough to eat.
I called again and did they refunded my money. So service in the building was kind, but this is the second time in a row that the pizza took forever to get to us. I dont know if I'll order again.
