Customer service ??? This location has never heard of it

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We ordered take out and the whole delivery was a colossal fail.... When we called the restaurant we were dismissed by the workers. We called the next day to speak with the manager and he was a total jerk about the whole situation a well. I will never order at another Marco's Pizza!!!

Marcos pizza just can't cut it. Domino's, Pizza Hut or Papa John's are always a better choice for PIZZA . However they do make really good side dishes . The only thing it has in common with the big three is they're pricing is high for taking last spot . It cost more than Pizza Hut and they ain't cheap

Just picked up a pizza here, I understand I was one of the last orders of the night but the person working really didn’t seem like they wanted to be there when I walked in, I apologized for ordering so close to close and their response was “it’s whatever” so I paid, got my food and left. But when I got home I realized they skipped out on the romasean, didn’t cut half the pizza, barely any cheese, and cheesy bread has all of the cheese on one side of it. Pretty disappointed with that employee.

Closing manager was not professional and short temper. I get working for a pizza shop and be crappy sometimes but you don't need to rub that off on to the customers.

The delivery driver like dropped my Pizza or something.

Ordered for delivery at 5:43pm, got a confirmation email at that time. Got the "constructing," "baking," and "ready" emails soon after. Then that it was on its way at 5:56pm. 1.5 hours later, no delivery, so I called Marco's to see if something was wrong with the order since I only live 10 minutes away. They said they couldn't find my order at first, but then after looking further they said the order was canceled at 6:21pm. I never canceled it. When I asked the manager what we could do about it, sort of prompting him for a solution, he didn't have one. Just sort of shrugged it off. So I requested to leave it cancelled. Don't think I'll try with them again. There was no attempt to solve the problem.

I had a pretty big order and needed help taking my stuff to the car and the young worker named Kelly really stepped up. I’m very appreciative of the customer service. They have here at the store. That’s why I love the store the customer service with the employees and the quality of the food. It’s always good.

Spend $50 on two calzones and some wings and they won't give you ranch. Wanted another $2 for each ranch. That won't win customers and won't want me to recommend to hotel guests. I'll still with the PiE. You guys suck.
