For no reason at all, I hadn't been to a Marco's store for years. So we decided to try it again. Boy, am I glad we did. We stopped by the store on 68th and Redwood Rd, in West Jordan, UT. We an extra-large deluxe combo. The girl that waited on us was a delight. The pizza was delicious and I was really surprised at how reasonable the price was. We have already been back a couple of times, once ordering on line. Each time the experience was the same: great service, delicious food and reasonable cost.

My granddaughter decided quite a long time ago that Marcos has the best pizza... 95% of the time it's who we choose for pizza. Greatest crust, delicious sauce and tons of cheese! Sometimes kids really do know best ?

My SUPER picky husband will only order out Marco’s Pizza. His favorite is pepperoni , Italian sausage & old world pepperoni (must have). He added pineapple today, which was a win.BOGO Tuesday allowed me to have my own pizza!! I tried the grilled chicken florentine. Totally loved the fresh tomatoes!!!Thank you Marco’s Pizza! You haven’t let us down yet… 2 years and still winning!Your staff is also very kind.♥️ ❤️

We really like Marco's pizza but after tonight, we will most definitely go elsewhere.We placed an online order. The order was nearly $100. My husband picked the order up and brought it home. Everyone started to dig in until I walked in the room and saw that one of the pizza's was wrong. Shi*t happens. I understand. I called the restaurant and told them that they gave us the wrong pizza.THEY ASKED ME TO BRING IN THE WRONG PIZZA!!! I explained that part of the pizza had already been eaten because my family had no idea what I had ordered and dug right in. They told me to bring it what was left. Seriously?!?! Ok, I thought, maybe they just need us to prove to them and they would let us keep it and finish it... after all, it was THEIR MISTAKE! So, I sent my son to retrieve the correct pizza and he took what was left of the other. I was SHOCKED when he came home with only the corrected pizza. They did take the other pizza... and did what? I would assume the only thing they could do was throw it away. I am absolutely floored by this! What a waste of perfectly good food and how gross for them to do that! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I am so disgusted.We will NOT be returning to Marco's. There are plenty of other pizza establishments... WOW WOW WOW!!! Steer clear of this place.

I was a customer for over two years,...just called to order a pizza and was told I wasn't in their system then she manually entered my information and was told I wasn't in the delivery area!! So I stand here hungry as hell and won't EVER CALL THIS BASS ACKWARDS PLACE AGAIN!!!

The food was fine, we were hungry and decided to try it. We picked it up and it was ready and smelled great. The pepperoni cheese pizza so-so ok - the cheese was good too. But the pepperoni was sparce - but tasted good. Ordered and paid for a family stlye salad ($11 ) and received a single salad ($6) Garden pizza was also ok, but the veggies weren't fresh and were all very soft. It was a disappointment. We received wrong dressing. It was right in a lot of ways, but wrong in several ways too. Might go back. CJHildee

TL;DR: Order was lost, three hours late, missing multiple items, and barely a refund.I was planning my own birthday party and wanted to give this place a chance so I placed an online order for my party about 1.5 weeks in advance. I wanted to avoid something going horribly wrong. Well, around 30 mins past delivery time, I called wondering where my order was and somehow the order got lost in their online system. I was assured that they would make my order and send it out ASAP (I can understand that they’re short staffed just like most every where else right now so that’s not the biggest issue.) After about 1.5 hours, I call again and the delivery driver is still making his rounds. Okay, fine. 2 hours after the first phone call, my pizza arrives (3 hours after SCHEDULED delivery time). If that wasn’t enough, they forgot one of the family salads and a third pizza even though it was in my email confirmation. I called a third time and got the same shift lead I’d been talking to all night. He said they’d send the salad out but the pizza was coming out of his pocket and normally, I don’t support that but I originally paid for a third pizza (Mind you, I paid $85-$90 worth of food for my party from this place). So another 1 hour and 45 mins go by and I decided to call again to figure out where my salad and replacement pizza are. Turns out the delivery driver REFUSED to come back out to deliver those items because it was “too far”. The store from the delivery location was about 10-15 mins away. (Isn’t that in the job description?) The shift lead I’d been talking to all night assured me, once again, that the delivery driver would be talked to by the manager. Sure. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because we were comped a small dessert and I’m getting a refund for the salads. I couldn’t get a refund for my pizza despite paying for it though but whatever. I just know I wouldn’t ever order from this place again and neither should you.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The delivery driver called me when I didn't answer the door so I went to the door to get it. Then after he gave me my pizza I get a text asking if I'm single. I'm just trying to get a pizza I didn't want to be hit on, by someone who now knows where I live. Why would he ever think that was appropriate?

The last 3 or 4 times I have ordered from this location I get cheated out of my meal. I order Extra Sauce because I like my sauce but every time I get little to none. Last time they just put a small ring of sauce near the crust and nothing else below. Which is disgusting in my opinion. If I order extra I EXPECT my pizza to have a lot of sauce each bite, not nothing until I reach the end and only get a taste. I won’t be ordering from here again until they quit being stingy on their products and give the customer what they order. Seems like an insult to get the complete opposite of what you order

We have been ordering from this location for over a year. Tonight we received the worst customer service ever. The ordering took longer than usual - the cashier clearly did not know your system. Then, when we picked up our pizza we were told we didn’t have an order- arguing with my daughter that we must have placed the order at an alternate location. We provided the credit card receipt to prove the order was indeed placed. The experience was frustrating and I will not be returning.
