Every single time I order for delivery the food is always cold and stale and they delay my order for so long. Don’t do business here if you order online go the South Jordan location or the 1780 7800 S. It’s better than this location. They give fresh food and don’t give you disgusting cold stale food. Paid over $20 just for cold food. Disappointing.

We always come here after our kids dr appointments so we’ve been here a lot. It’s always really fast, the food is always really good. Today tony-o was the cashier and he had a really great up beat attitude. This is one of the better, faster McDonalds.

No other cars in drive-thru but they wanted me to move up. I refused as there was no other cars and I had ordered 6 hot fudge Sundays so it should not take too long. Girl at window got manager who was rude and told us we HAD to move as other cars MIGHT come and that it messes up their numbers. I again said NO ONE is here and as your employee said our food will only take a minute or two. Well it took them about another 8 minutes to give us our half full melted hot fudge sundays with a very rude thanks for holding up the line. The line of now 1 person. I think this was their issue not mine and if it's a matter of tracking how fast you move cars through the line then moving them so you can take even more time is not an accurate representation of your staff or company.
