I placed my order via the mobile app and I arrived and they told me that there system was updating and I told them I just need to pick up my order and that I paid for ahead of time. They told me they can't do anything until 410 am and had me pull to the stall and drive up at 410 and give them my code again so I agreed and now I'm pull up again and now they refuse to give me or complete my order. So I ask why if already paid ahead to have it ready when I arrive, they send me to the second window to talk to the supervisor and I continue to them the the exact details the issue and I was told that they couldn't give my anything or a refund and to make this even better she asked me to pull away from the drive thru because I would cause more complaints. I'm never one to complain but I unfortunately not content with this resolution and now it's 433 am outside the parking lot of your location truly disappointed and dissatisfied with this overall experience

This location really struggles with more than one mobile order. You give 2 codes at the speaker then at the next window they are instantly confused when you tell them you have 2 mobile orders.

The last time I went to this location they told me to pull forward to the furthest window and they proceeded to forget I existed and I waited 20 minutes before I went inside and they had no idea what happened to my order. I don't know where the confusion starts but they gotta get their crap together

Prices are too high, almost $4 for a single ice cream cone....really and the kiosk is not easier than saying "I will have a big Mac"

Order a quarter pounder was completely red throughout the whole thing not cooked all the way through

We bought ice cream and the shift lead was holding two cones in each hand. She tried to open the drive through window with one of the hands that contained two cones of ice cream in her hand. One of the ice cream cones naturally touched the metal and glass on the inside of the drive through window. Her co-worker had to unlock and open the window for her. We observed her looking at the ice cream and window that was involved but handed us the ice cream anyway. We politely ask if she would please replace the one ice cream. She explained she didn’t know that she touched it. She went to remake one ice cream cone and gave us the contaminated ice cream back while her coworker ate the one she made. It seems like such a small request to keep Mc Donald’s patrons safe and prevent food contamination or illness.

Just went here and my husband asked for Mayo. The lady said they didn’t have any. I worked McDonald’s for 10 years and I know they have mayo packets and also can use the one in the grill to just put some in a little cup, like we used to do, when customer service mattered. Rude and lame.

wrong order terrible customer service clearly cannot handle their own location, the woman who answered said she was the only employee which is either a lie or this location is terribly managed, fix it please, paying customers don’t deserve idiots who cant serve food it isnt that hard.

Don’t eat here! I had food poisoning last night and I called to speak to a manager and she was rude over the phone telling me that no one called them that they were also sick. She did not apologize and did not want to provide her name. She hung up on me and did not resolve anything. What a nightmare!

Drive-through was open and the lobby doors were open so I walked inside to order at 6:39 AM and they said they are closed. I said your drive-through is open. She said we can’t help you until seven. I said I’m in a semi truck. I can’t drive through the drive-through. Spanish lady just repeated we are closed.
