So I live in kearns almost directly between the McDonald’s on 5400 s and the one one 5600 west. I have 2 questions for both locations. Why is your lobby closed? And why are you willing to discriminate and not help certain customers? I pull a 16 foot long trailer for work so going through your drive through isn’t an option. My trailer is too tall and it’s hard to make those turns. The only other way I can order food from your locations is on the app which I can’t change...read full review

Washing hands before eating is a hygiene strongly encouraged in society for your own health concerns. I hope this facility improves soon. Entered facility to eat breakfast, had to be buzzed into restroom, sign on door states must be paying customer to use, bathroom is dirty, no toilet paper in one stall & very little in the other stall... left to locate cleaner facility. This is the first Utah facility visited lacking cleanliness and friendly smiles.
