I think this location could benefit from better staff training. We asked for the price of a simple item, and the employee wasn’t sure and had to ask the manager. Please make sure your team is confident and knows how to look up prices. It would really improve the customer experience. I thank Ryan for making my service better. McDonald’s needs more like RYAN!

Typical McDonald's. But be warn this is probably the slowest McDonald's drive thru I've been through. The only reason I come here is because it's on my way to and from places and almost every time it's a wait at the drive thru.

I usually go to this McDonald's and haven't had any issues, but since I started using the mobile app problems started. When I go to pick up my order it is very seldom ready and I have to pull forward and wait. At least doing that I know my food is pretty fresh most of the time. But, I went for breakfast a few days ago and they shorted my order one breakfast burrito. I called when I got home and they said I needed to go back and get it. Well I didn't have time to go back to get it and asked for then to refund me for the burrito. They asked for the receipt number to look it up, but if course doing the online order the receipt was no given to me. I have them the pick up code and she said she couldn't find it. She said it would take a while to look for it and they are busy and she didn't have time to look. I tell you....it is robbery when you take people's money and fail to give them the food they ordered. Times are hard, I understand, but this place needs to make things right with their customers. People cannot afford to be ripped off, prices are ridiculously high as it is. I will not return to this place ever again.

Waited 15 minutes for a Big Mac which was lukewarm when delivered to my car. There were four cars behind me waiting for their orders also.
