I usually go to this McDonald's and haven't had any issues, but since I started using the mobile app problems started. When I go to pick up my order it is very seldom ready and I have to pull forward and wait. At least doing that I know my food is pretty fresh most of the time. But, I went for breakfast a few days ago and they shorted my order one breakfast burrito. I called when I got home and they said I needed to go back and get it. Well I didn't have time to go back to get it and asked for then to refund me for the burrito. They asked for the receipt number to look it up, but if course doing the online order the receipt was no given to me. I have them the pick up code and she said she couldn't find it. She said it would take a while to look for it and they are busy and she didn't have time to look. I tell you....it is robbery when you take people's money and fail to give them the food they ordered. Times are hard, I understand, but this place needs to make things right with their customers. People cannot afford to be ripped off, prices are ridiculously high as it is. I will not return to this place ever again.

Waited 15 minutes for a Big Mac which was lukewarm when delivered to my car. There were four cars behind me waiting for their orders also.

It never fails when we come to this McDonald’s where they will miss an item I had ordered! I think slowing down to check as a manager would help instead of getting complaints! Check orders before sending them out!!!

Went there to get a chicken sandwich just to find out that they do not have the complete McDonald's menu. The smaller version of the chicken sandwich that they do. Is not worth the price. The guy working the drive-thru kept referring to me as "boss" which is a little annoying.

I just did a curbside order and coming home i realized i was missing 3 4piece chicken nuggets!! with my $5 meal so disappointing i wasn’t gonna go and waste gas as my kids were hungry already and it’s a bit of a drive.

If there was any possible way to give this place 0 stars this one would take first place I am honestly done going to the damn place. Service is always. garbage they take forever getting food out and it’s always cold or burnt So I’d rather make an extra 10 minute drive did you go back here again?
Horribly slow!! Rookie 10 minutes just to get our drinks and then another 20 minutes to get food. Cars ahead of me waited much longer and yet there were cars leaving with their food behind us! Absolutely ridiculous!

Poor customer service…. Even from manager. Also restrooms out of TP. Asked for some to be restocked…. Took over 15 mins…. Bought my own in the Holiday station inside… won’t come back here for sure.

Gate was still locked at 7:15am I called to the employees and the manager are you guys open and the manager seen me they just ignored me I will never come back THIS PLACE SUCKS DONT COME HERE!!!!!!
