They make the eorst coffee ever served But I guess if I really want great coffee I should go a block down the street to Beas and Brew My kiddlett loves the $5 bargin bag or the happy meal. The shamrock shake is her favorite. So I put up with the coffee if the kid is happy

Entry Level at the very least MAYBE. Counting is not a strong suite, even when there is a giant receipt with the counts created for them to make sure quantities are correct. I hate to do this but come on, apparently breathing is the only qualification needed to be employed with this place. Attention to detail is not an option when it comes to this location. I'd look elsewhere for service.

I'm dissatisfied with this location because of the poor service. As a patient customer waiting to order and receive assistance, I anticipate being helped. Regrettably, I observed two managers standing nearby, looking at me, but declining to assist. If someone is unhappy in their role, it might be best to leave.

We did a curbside pickup order, I waited 15 minutes before I went inside to see where my food was. But they HADN'T EVEN STARTED MAKING IT. Ludicrous and unacceptable. When I went in the restaurant was cold and floors were filthy. They wound up giving me a mcflurry for my trouble but it was already made and was a runny mess. Not satisfied, do not recommend this McDonald's.

When I walked in there were no employees at the register. After ordering on the kiosk I was promoted to pay at an open register. I waited at the register for over 10 mins with no employees coming to the register to help, with more customers filing in waiting to be helped. Not sure where the manager on duty was or if they had an indicator to show them someone was waiting to pay. This was absolutely the worst experience.

Normally, I am totally satisfied with the service I get from this location. Sometimes, I'm even more than satisfied. This morning, not so much. Not even a hint of a smile from any of the three employees that I spoke with. Also, one of the perks of ordering a sausage, egg and cheese Mcgriddle should be having sausage on my sandwich. There is no sausage on my sandwich. Please work on double checking orders. Thank you!!!!

One of the cleaning ladies on the lobby has a serious staring issue. It’s rude
Stopped for a quick dinner while Christmas shopping. There were no clean tables to sit at, the garbages were all overflowing onto the floor and the bathrooms were very dirty. We took our food and ate in the car. We went be going back to this location.
