Average at best. McDonald's food and service has rapidly declined over the years. Most of their restaurants are run by self-serve machines which purposely reduce and remove any interaction with the public for their workers. Thus making the experience for the paying customer less than satisfactory. And if you're lucky to interact with an employee, they seem more and more bothered and put off that they have to do their job of serving those who keep them employed.

McDonald’s quality has severely declined. It’s absolutely ridiculous that when you go inside you have to order off a kiosk that hardly works. No one will help you if it stops working. 17$ as well for subpar food is insane. Screw McDonald’s.

I'm not much of a picky person but I'll advise people to avoid this establishment. Wait time for food (37 min) for 4 burgers and fries is pretty terrible, then everything was room temp to boot. My wife's large fry came with fewer fries than our child's fry, the manager was unpleasant as could be to correct the fries problem, ordered them with no salt but came salted. AVOID, UNLESS DISSAPOINTMENT GETS YOU OFF.

Every single time I order a mobile order, they ask me to park on the side and wait wait wait wait. This McDonald’s is understaffed and not really fast food as it is not fast at all. Breakfast is a mess every single time.

Every time I’m so disappointed it’s close to the law‘s house and son want a Hamburger so it’s easy You come in here and they’re not busy and they take forever in your food comes out cold all the kid that work there all there care about is helping your friends out

This is a new area so I’m very surprised how dirty (and gross) this location is. It looked like there was a riot just before we arrived, but the employees didn’t seem to mind, leading me to assume this is normal here. Get your order To Go.

This place is run of the mill average for a McDonalds. They mess up orders here and there, and the quality in which things are prepared varies which is annoying, but when I've had the time to turn around and go back to the store they have made it right. Typically they are slammed and I have had to wait ~30min for an order once. This location also seems to be a more expensive then other McDonald's I have visited in the around the state.

I go here way too much because it's so c lose to my work. Decently fast drive thru service, I enjoy receiving my food through the window but I understand during rushes it's easier to push me around the corner for a minute or two. Food has never been a problem at this location. Everything tastes how's it should and have never had problems other than having a little too much lettuce. Once in a while they'll get my order wrong and for some reason it's always when I order spicy mcchickens. I really hate how they removed the soda fountain but I doubt it was this specific locations choice. Ice cream machine has never been broken. Inside sit down service is remarkably slow but at least they get my order right.
