Slight language barrier, slightly pricey, weird 90’s rap and pop music, but 5x better than any Ramen I’ve made, so it gets 5 stars. They even had the little fish cakes from Naruto—how could I not? Need to come back and try the different broth bases.

Been going here for almost two years with my boyfriend and it’s always been such a good experience with everything! We go at least twice a month so we are regulars. Food is amazing and always tastes great and the servers are friendly. This is our favorite place to eat and will continue going here for a long time!

We live eating here. It's my kids favorite place to eat when we go out. We've had the teriyaki, Ramen, undon, spicy edamame, and gyozas. All excellent

Love this place! The spicy garlic edamame is the best edamame I’ve found anywhere. The spice level is fairly mild, which is perfect for me. The miso, ramen, yakisoba, and tofu are all really good too. A lot of tasty and healthy options here, and friendly service.

One Noodle Bar is a nicely decorated Japanese ramen place with good food at a pretty reasonable price.
My first visit, I got the pork yakisoba noodles. They were quite garlicky, and very savory! Adding chile paste gave it a needed slight kick. For $15 (including a >20% tip) in 2025, it was a pretty good deal!
I need to come back for a ramen dish!
