Lately, I don't know what's going on with this bakery. It used to be one of my favorites, but the last few times I've gone, the bread just isn't made the same. A lot of the sweet breads don't look fluffy and well-baked like they used to. I'm not sure if they changed bakers, but it's definitely not the same. It's nothing like their cheesecake bread or chocolate-covered bread used to be. Also the girls in charge, really need to work on their customer service skills. When I called to report my complain, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a rude response: 'if you don't like it, don't buy it'

Great Rosca De Reyes. Best I've had. Fresh the morning of the celebration!
I have been here many times and referred multiple family members. They have great bakery items but their service is subpar. Their staff is rude and condescending. We’ve had different staff members be rude to us, they all lack customer service skills.
So far the best Mexican bread

Terrible service. Yesterday we bought a bagel (traditionally the bagel comes with little dolls) because the bagel came without dolls, and I checked and they only told me that the bagels that come with dolls are the bagels from the 6th onwards, what the hell? And yes, it is fine, but why not warn the customer that it is not a bagel, that it is a simple bread, if they had at least warned me I would have added some dolls of my daughter 😂
I love this place fresh bread 🥐

I have ordered from here several times, the bakery items are the best thing about this place. The service on the other hand is the absolute worst. I have ordered ahead for 2 birthday occasions and show up only to be told they don’t have my order. My first order was prepaid ordered in person, and Second order over the phone. I love to support local business first and I thought it was potentially a fluke that they could repeat terrible customer service. I will say I only speak English and this has been an issue and I’ve came in with my Google translate to reduce any awkward interactions and I’ve been laughed at and there is no effort to even try and understand my transactions. I’ve been skipped over when going in and busy because they know I don’t speak Spanish and clearly white. It’s become borderline prejudice. I wish there was another bakery that wanted my business or this one would consider hiring a bilingual employee. I can’t even refer my friends which have asked about good bakeries like this because I can’t trust they will be treated as a normal customer. DON’T support this business if you cannot speak there language.

Here I can find bread that reminds me of Mexico ?? my country because it is very similar
As for the service, it is good, the employees are friendly.
And the environment is good and healthy that if you are invited to return it doesn't matter if you bring small children that is very good.
Thank you
