I came to this Panda for dinner tonight.I was helped by a highly professional and intelligent young man named Nate. I am very impressed by his people skills, his dedication to providing a very high level of service and high quality fresh product for the customer is unmatched by anybody I’ve encountered at any of the restaurant’s within a 2 miles radius of this Panda ExpressI ordered a Plate w/Chow Mein, Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. He very kindly informed me that there would be a 6 minute wait for fresh Kung Pao, and asked if I minded waiting for fresh Kung Pao Chicken, I replied yes that’s not a problem at all. He rang me up and I paid then sat down to wait.I had been waiting for maybe 45 seconds when Nate brings a medium drink cup, lid and straw out to me and said here you go man, it’s on the house, sorry you have to wait, I know it’s really annoying having to wait.I said thank you, you didn’t have to do that but thank you.I only waited for 4 minutes, my food was incredibly fresh and so delicious and my whole mood was improved.

Add twenty five minutes to the time the app gives you for pick up. Pre-made Chinese food shouldn’t be this difficult. It’s called staffing, a lot of places do it.

The biggest complaint is the owner/manager tells the employees to start shutting down menu items about an hour and a half before they close to apparently Dave money on food waste. So if you go within an hour of closing expect then to tell you they are out of many of the menu items. Have you ever been to a restaurant, even McDonald's where you sit down and they yell you only half the menu is available and they won't make what you want to order? I haven't either. Service is poor, as mentioned, DoorDash items take priority over customers standing there waiting to order. There are VALID reasons why this location has just over 3 stars! One of the WORST Panda locations I've ever experienced in ANY state I've been to! Time to step out up management! Have a full menu until close, fix your service problems... You are actually trying to save money while you are losing it by driving away customers and generating horrible reviews! Not a great business strategy!
