First off, the people that work here are hard-working and amazing people.
Second, it’s American corporate greed. They use DoorDash drivers to deliver the pizza and it takes forever to get an order. You also cannot track the order or add a tip to the order online when they use DoorDash. PAPA JOHNS fix this now.

I just want to thank the Supervisor Natalie for being proactive and rectifying the bad experience we had yesterday!! I left yesterday saying we will never come back to this store because of one specific employee's horrible temperament but now I know we'll be back thanks to Natalie and the rest of the nice employees. Wife ordered over 1.5 hours ago online, it's still not here. She had to call three different phone numbers to find out where the food was. They said the driver was ten minutes away. That was ten minutes ago.
I wish I could say this was my first bad experience with Papa John's. It's not. Sure, they apologized, but my daughter and her friends who are here for a party are getting REALLY hungry and I'm not in a forgiving mood.
Congrats. You've permanently lost me as a customer, and you bet I'll warn everyone I know.
Bonus: When it finally arrived, it was DoorDash driver who delivered it. We've never even once ordered through DoorDash.

We placed an order in the app and got the confirmation email and they took the money from our account, but when I tried to track my order, it couldn’t be found. I called in EIGHT times and kept getting hung up on by people in a call center in another country. When I asked for the phone number to the store, I was given an international number. Almost 2 hours after I ordered, our food showed up luke warm. The pizza box felt cold. The wings were tiny and not worth what they charge. Not sure we’ll ever order from them again after this horrible experience.

It took OVER 2 hours for them to delivery my food. They first sent it to the wrong address and took 1 and a half to re deliver and the guy on the phone was rude.

This location use to be decent, but service and quality has gone way down. Takes forever to be acknowledged. Pizzas are always burnt or underdone. Quality of care with pizza preparation is not good. My email said approximately 15 min for order to be ready - waited 40 + for order at store. We love Papa John's, but this location keeps disappointing.

They won't deliver past the I15(We are literally just on the other side of the freeway, by the Classic Fun Center), but they did a couple weeks ago. They are closer to our business than any other papa John's in SLC, So I really don't know what the issue is. I'm not going to order from the Cottonwood Heights location or the SLC location b/c they are further... I don't see any other location that could even be considered. When I went to pick up, they said they didn't ever receive an order for for the 18 count wings, which I find hysterical because the Customer service rep, who took my order, verified if I wanted boneless or bone-in....so I'm not sure where the break in communication is, but we did not get our wings. This was not a positive experience, at all. I hope you guys can figure out your zones, so people who are unable to pick up, will be able to get their pizza delivered instead.

Holy Cow!! Worst experience I have ever had at a Papa John’s. I’ve come two days in a row and this kid with long black nails (which is already extremely unhygienic) was constantly yelling at the top of his lungs and throwing things around. The owner of this Papa John’s needs to take some action and get this store in order. My wife and I were both disgusted with our experience. On top of that, a single pizza for us took 35 minutes. So disappointing Papa John’s!!! No mention the floor had so much trash on it.

The service was good.The stuffed crust Pepperoni pizza was good. I also ordered Boneless Buffalo and Boneless Garlic/Parmesan wings. Don't waste your money on these. You can get better nuggets at McD's. ? sad
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp to get from the parking lot to the storefront but it is too narrow to actually fit a wheelchair through.
