Pizza was fine, no one knocked or called to collect the money. This means the pizza was sitting out in the cold for probably 30 mins. ordered at 7:08, checked about 5 times for the car, finally noticed the box at 8:08pm. don't know if it was on time or just placed there.This isn't the first time this has happened, we ordered a while ago, too, and the pizza took almost an hour to get to my house, we ordered 1 pizza and this place is 5 minutes from my house.We got free pizza this time, don't know if that was intentional or someone's about to be in trouble.also tried calling the store, and seemed like they picked up and hung up, or just completely disconnected the line for it.

I tried that epic stuffed crust CALZONE, That stuff was nasty, they did not get the calzone right, I've had calzones before that are good whatever is in the crust Nasty.... somebody maybe mixed something wrong or corporate screwed it up cause it was NOT GOOD CALZONE...

Paid $60 for 2 pizzas! Waiting an hour called store to find out it was left on porch with no knocking or doorbell! AND THEY DECIDED TO ADD THEIR OWN TIP!!!!ON TOP OF THE DELIVERY.

Do not accept a door dash from this location ever. Order stated pickup was for 3:30 and they’ve been telling me 10 minutes for the last 30 minutes! At least be honest about how long someone will be waiting instead of lie and keep them there.
They are awesome and handled a delivery issue fast and were so nice.

They said on my online order they included free jalapeno bread bites with purchase. Did not get them when I called the restaurant they basically said too bad can't help you. So that was 42. Bucks

I ordered pizza to my work and it never came. Before I could call Papa Johns the manager had called me to address the situation and not only replaced my order but gave me a dessert. He was very on top of it and I was very impressed on the outcome of the situation and how he handled it. He gave great customer service and even the driver was very apologetic about the whole situation. I’m very impressed with them and they definitely went above and beyond.

Great pizza, friendly staff.My recommendation is to try a cheese-crusted Meatball Papadias. They also do pizza sauce substitutions for those who want try a different sauce on their pizza. The ranch sauce is a good substitute.

Horrible location, staff and management need to hire new people or close the store down completely because every time I go in there they are in a rush to shut the store down they say we aren’t taking any orders anymore. when there open sign is still on and everything is unlocked and they still have an hour until they closed they refused to make my pizza several times it just doesn’t make any sense at all how people can be so lazy and not do there job especially if you are a “MANAGER” like seriously wont be going to this location ever again!! ??

When I got my order they might very been busy but I ordered food at 10:30 being told it would take around 30-40 mins. They then couldn't get anyone of there own people to drive so had a dasher deliver it and it took around 70 minutes. To get here when I need it delivered when it is said it would be.
