Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Been going to this Papa Murphy's Pizza for years and it's always been a great fit for our family. Love being able to order online anytime in the day and go pick it up.
The parking lot is really hard to get in and out of - at least the directions I need to go - so I park behind and get the step count up.
They have great deals and the pizza has always been delicious!

Dietary restrictions: They do a great job with gluten-free pizzas, which we need. Love the customization options you can do online when ordering. That helps too.

Parking: Usually parking spots - it's just really hard to get in and out of the lot.

Old lady who works here is super rude. Messed up on one of pizzas so I brought it back and she said "it's exactly how they're made". She had a younger guy make my pizza while she stormed to the back. Super unprofessional. Won't be back here.

We have enjoyed this store and the great employees that used to work there for many years. In the last few months the service and quality have gone downhill. Today we had our second very messed up order, the first time when I called they jumped on correcting the mistake. This time the first person to answer had attitude out of the gate then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a Manager and guy said he was the Manager and I asked if was giving me a frustrated customer attitude and he said "Honestly, I am"....Then proceeded to be increasingly more rude and again hung up on me. Not once did they offer to correct the error. (I got a pizza missing all the toppings except the ones I ADDED to the specialty pizza. I did not remove all the normal ingredients on the online option to do so). I get mistakes happen and my only expectation is a replacement/correction. After reading other recent reviews and not seeing the old crew members lately it is apparent that the new crew and management are not interested in retaining customers. Do not waste $50 on 2 pizzas that will be wrong.
