I’m not certain why you quote your customers for certain pickup times when point actually behind. Communicating accurate pickup times would be appreciated. It’s over twenty minutes past my pick up time and my order is getting cold as it’s not in a warmer while waiting on another part of the deal to be made. This is ridiculous!

Ordered through Pizza Hut app. They didn't give us our breadsticks. We asked them to bring them to us. When 2nd driver arrived, he wanted me to pay him. We had already paid for this food that pizza hut forgot! So instead of them giving us our food, they took it back because we wouldn't pay again. They suggested we pay for it and then get a reimbursement from Doordash. Are you serious. We asked them for a full refund since our food has been sitting for almost an hour.

Food is really good here but no one wears gloves or follows any safety precautions. It’s very unsanitary and grosses me out watching people prepare my food with no gloves or sanitation procedures in place.

I ordered a large stuffed crust ham, pineapple and jalapeño pizza and the toppings were skimpy and dry (very little pizza sauce) I expected more for $30. Dominos would have done a better job

I have ordered at this location 3 times already and unfortunately because it's so close to my home I can't order from another location. They have either made my pizza completely wrong or gave me someone else's or not at all what ive wanted. I have complained and complained and it still is not right. I'm not sure if they are just rushing thru the orders and not reading people at wanting or just dont care but it frustrating how many times I've had to call and complain that my order is not right. Definitely do not recommend at this location at all.

This was the last time I'll ever order pizza hut. The end of an era I've held in high regard since childhood. Ive hopelessly lost $50 and after hours of customer service nightmares, I would rather preserve my sanity and choose never to eat here again.

Horrible! I got a pizza with only ham and it had no cheese! Working in the pizza delivery business, I thought it could be fixed with a short phone call. Nope! I called 6 times and ended up being hung up on. NEVER ordering Pizza Hut again. No help, no pickups, just ridiculous.

I always ask for my pizza to be well done, but it feels like no one is reading my request ever. Today it even came out undercooked, which was really frustrating. I hope it wasn’t on purpose so disappointed

Couldn’t edit my review to 1 star but my order got stolen and they knew since as soon as I called she nonchalantly said oh that got stolen. They didn’t call to notify me, nothing. If I hadn’t called I would’ve assumed the order was just late.

They delivered our pizza to a random apartment building and left it on the ground. Then could not speak English to find out where he left the food. I called the store 5 times and waited on hold for over an hour. I had to drive to the store to get a refund. The manager was unprofessional and did not want to help with the situation. Said I could not be refunded because I ordered on the app. Had to dispute transaction with bank.

I had a small issue with my order and I was just very pleased with how Stephanie F the lead at the store dealt with my issue compensated me and really made my needs be known. The customer service was outstanding and she deserves a raise!

Prices have gotten worse quality has gone down and they charge you a delivery fee but that fee does not go to the drivers they still expect you to tip them on top of a delivery fee and paying for your food. It's getting to be too dang much
