Couldn’t edit my review to 1 star but my order got stolen and they knew since as soon as I called she nonchalantly said oh that got stolen. They didn’t call to notify me, nothing. If I hadn’t called I would’ve assumed the order was just late.

They delivered our pizza to a random apartment building and left it on the ground. Then could not speak English to find out where he left the food. I called the store 5 times and waited on hold for over an hour. I had to drive to the store to get a refund. The manager was unprofessional and did not want to help with the situation. Said I could not be refunded because I ordered on the app. Had to dispute transaction with bank.

I had a small issue with my order and I was just very pleased with how Stephanie F the lead at the store dealt with my issue compensated me and really made my needs be known. The customer service was outstanding and she deserves a raise!

Prices have gotten worse quality has gone down and they charge you a delivery fee but that fee does not go to the drivers they still expect you to tip them on top of a delivery fee and paying for your food. It's getting to be too dang much

The pizza was bland, like eating the color beige. The pepperoni tasted like it was unseasoned. The only thing that could have saved this location would have been beer. Unfortunately, they don't sell it at this location since a new owner took over.
Also, asking for a tip before the food is brought to the table is lame. For that matter, asking for a tip at all is lame. Do better, Pizza Hut. Or don't. I won't be back.

Placed a $40 order only to have half of it delivered and when trying to call the store, they deliberately would send it to place another order. I called 10 times in a row and finally someone answered to place the order and when I told them the problem they said we can’t do anything. You’ve gotta talk to the store and they continue to transfer me to the same loop over and over again nobody will take accountability. Nobody will answer the phone. I am out half my order. This is ridiculous. Do not ever order from this Pizza Hut. They are the worst.

Ah yes, the new longer hours—so you can wait even longer for your food! What a treat!
I arrived at my scheduled time, expecting pizza, not purgatory. There were only four people ahead of me, yet somehow, I found myself standing in this overstuffed waiting area for nearly an hour, watching my name on the order board like it was the stock market—never moving in my favor. Meanwhile, new customers kept pouring in, looking just as lost and hungry as I felt.
The staff? Two frazzled younger employees doing their best, while the ‘manager’?? had apparently gone on an epic quest… to the freezer… never to return. Orders weren’t coming out, refunds were a mystery no one could solve, and most customers weren’t even acknowledged. If this was a social experiment in patience, congratulations—I failed.
I used to come here often because it’s close to home, but lately, the food quality and customer service have taken a nosedive. At this point, I’m convinced the only thing “hot and ready” at this Pizza Hut is my frustration.

Last time I saw a place this mismanaged, it was my nephews lemonade stand
I haven’t ordered from them more than twice since they got rid of the delivery drivers. Last time a couple of months ago an hr and a half past when my order should have come still nothing and no communication. Called and got no answer. Finally had to go down there and come to find out they had crucified two pizzas and the oven was burning up plus everything coming out was still burning. Decide to give them another shot tonight and again 30 minute s past delivery time on a Sunday night and still nothing! What are they doing?! And to think you’d get comped or more than a scripted apology forget it

Normally I'd give more stars but when you get your pizza and its folded in half it kinda pisses you off...
I would not order from this Pizza Hut. They delivered the wrong pizza, the wrong two liter and then the management doesn’t answer the phone to correct the problem and the online support is a joke. They will get back to you within 3 days 😂 No help at all.. never again.

Worst experience I have ever had. First they sent the delivery guy to the wrong address and when I tried calling him he didn't speak English so I couldn't give him the correct info. He finally found me after I sent him a picture of my address. The pizza I got was ROCK HARD and inedible and the brownies I ordered were burnt. I immediately tried calling the store as I spent my last $30 for a lunch I couldn't eat. The phone will put you on hold for several minutes, go busy and disconnect. IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK and despite calling and chatting with customer service online the manager has yet to call me back! I am NEVER ordering from here again.
