Always like the Pizza Hut pizza but when I ordered direct from your website I don't expect Door Dash to deliver. If I wanted them I would go through them. The sent a text stating they would hand deliver my pizza and they set it on the cold doorstep. They didn't even knock. This is ridiculous. I will no longer order delivery. ? Disappointed in this service.

I recently had an issue with my order from Pizza Hut, but I was blown away by how they handled it. After calling their customer service directly, they went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly and professionally. I can honestly say they are #1 in customer service! On top of that, the food is always pretty good—hot, fresh, and satisfying. It’s great to know that if something goes wrong, they truly care about making things right. Highly recommend!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! I love pizza hut. i order from this location pretty frequently and have never had an issue with carry out orders. however, every single time i have ordered delivery my food never arrives because they use third party drivers. i paid for delivery and tip, but on two separate occasions ive had to go pick up my own food. it is absurd, and then the store doesn’t really do anything about it, they won’t refund my tip or delivery fee. i completely understand that they don’t have control over the drivers, but at this point the drivers represent their business and it looks horrible. if i end up ordering again, it will NOT be delivery!

We came in over the weekend and was assisted by an employee named Brittney. We had issues while ordering over the phone where they weren't able to apply the coupon we had so once we got there she was able to refund the order and apply the coupon so that we were able to get our discount. She was very professional and polite the entire time and made us feel very welcomed and got the problem solved. Our pizza came out piping hot and tasted delicious. Brittney provided phenomenal customer service to us!

Do not order from Pizza Hut. They say they are not responsible for the drivers. They do their deliveries through UBER and the drivers cannot deliver an order correctly nor how to read the delivery location. Pizza came super cold, did not get my 2 liter pop, when spoke to manager of the place. They say they are not responsible for the drivers. When they re did the order. The second order neve4 arrived. Do not give any service to Pizza Hut. Give it to Dominoes. I have been a loyal customer to Pizza Hut but no more.

Ordered pizzas. They were wrong. Not a big deal . i got cheated on my toppings that were missing. Not a big deal. But what really gets me is when I call back to let them know I had an issue. They transfer you to their complaint hotline where you wait for a few mins. Only to be greeted with. "im sorry that number has been disconnected." Apparently they don't want to hear about it. Not cool.

Don't order a tavern style pizza, you'll end up with several random pieces smaller than the size of a broken tortilla chip; twice as hard and tasting like charcoal. We paid ~$23 for a medium pizza... That had 4 pieces in the center that were edible, everything else was burnt and/or was just a slicer of crust. I wish I hadn't thrown it out so I could take pictures to show the ridiculous trash I paid for.
The other two pizzas were fair- also burnt to a crisp crust, but the center covered with toppings were edible.
Bad form for a household name.

Vegetarian options: Our vegetarian pizza was too burnt to say anything about the vegetables in particular... I guess if you like charcoal flavoring- you'll enjoy it immensely.

I didn’t get the guys name running the pizza hut location in West Jordan but all I have up say is thank you so much for making mine and my whole families night you went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and when the call center even got our order wrong he quick to fix it for us and bring it out to our car. He made my whole weekend. I wish there was more people in the world like this.
Thank you sir for being the best part of our day.

This store really went above and beyond all expectations. As soon as I had placed my order via the app, someone called me to confirm since it said I was a new customer. I was ordering a future order for delivery to my mother for her birthday so I asked him to go over my order and explain how the pizza is prepared as well as the pasta bake. Not only did they delivered it exactly at the time I had requested but they had included plates, napkins, utensils and seasoning jars as well as a 2 liter of Pepsi that I had not paid for. They also wrote her little happy birthday notes.
She was so excited that she called me immediately and told me all about it. She raved about the quality of the food and absolutly loved the pasta bake.
Just terrific service.

Called the store to inform they made the order wrong after I called to make the order request known. The staff member definitely didn’t take accountability, I requested manager she said she was the manager. So I requested the GM Name so I could call them in the am. She dropped her voice to a whisper, almost in audible, to where I have no idea what the name was. And when asked to spell it I think I heard Moffet or Mosi.

I’m at a customer that’s asking for free stuff. I’m a customer that is asking for an accountability and to go above and beyond when someone takes the time to call you to make sure their order is right. Without placing blame on the customer. The customer is not always right, but in this situation I am.********

Ive made 4 delivery orders in the last month, and hive ordered the personal pan pizza box. Each time the pizza that I request to be made with the garlic sauce is always made with Marinara. Today I took the time to call the store after I placed the order online, to make sure they read and understood the order correctly. I was assured they would.

Well they definitely didn’t. That’s 4 times in a row. The same type of pizza. Just read the orders. I’m sure you know you have different sauces. Be aware of special requests. Im frustrated that it wasn’t important to go above and beyond. I went above and beyond to make sure my order request we made known.
