Pizza Hut Express

This location frequently forgets to include Marinara sauce (bread sticks) and sodas in delivery orders. That is what happened today. Took over an hour of trying to speak to someone at the store, then the hung up, twice. I would recommend pickup instead of delivery.

Out of 3 pizzas 2 not what I ordered 1 was less then a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza more like a cheese with a few pepperoni's put on it. The Super Supreme was another pizza with only Pepperoni and mushrooms on it. I should have took photos but did not and I did not want to go back to the store. Then when I complained to a store”manager”. They said they would help me and asked for my online account information! 1 night after all my points were used in Houston Texas! I called the main company and explained what happened and they told me to change my password. I did and they gave me back my points and then that evening same place in Houston, Texas used my points again for another free pizza! Now Pizza Hut told me to change my email account with another new password. I did then they said I need to change my phone number!!!! REALLY I NEED TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER AND ORIGINAL E-mail app because of A PIZZA HUT SCREW UP??! GET SERIOUS

Got a DoorDash order. My pizza was cold and not good. The cookie dessert I ordered was burnt. Not impressed! Little Caesars would’ve been better!

I selected a $25.99 boxed meal deal, and yet, by making my selections that it comes with, before tax in the cart the price now is $37.99. Why am I charged $12 more for making no changes and only making my selections that the deal comes with? On top of that, there is no telephone to call to ask the question and place an order with someone.

Great pizza and staff seem to know what they are doing.

Went to your store in Jordan landing they were out of everything and it was only 11:00 and that's not the first time that has happened the last 4 times I have been there they tell me the same thing we are out of that not very good service if you ask
