Had the cowboy fries. It was really good but they need cook the fries longer. Loved the grilled jalapeno, could have had a few more of those.

I went to buy a stuffed chili burrito, and they gave me a super cold carne asada burrito, and the meat was sticky, you're supposed to be hungry and you come home and uncover that, the wrong order and cold...

Took my order fast and easy waited at least 10 minutes for my take out food and still didn’t get guacamole on my nachos
I’m sorry but also I asked for extra meat and they put more chips than meat to top it off the lady employees were just standing there and talking now I have to eat dry nachos with just sour cream which don’t give enough flavor

The burrito ? I ordered was VERY cold like it was pre made and put in the fridge. They just forgot to warm it up before they gave it to me. . They use to cook it fresh. Now they are just lazy. $11 for a small carne asada burrito only and no drink!! Never coming back here again.

Me and my partner came here at night, I got a carne plate. After getting home and consuming just about everything. The next day I wasn’t feeling the best. 2 days later I have food poisoning. It’s been 3 days with nausea and more. I hope the employees do better. Food poisoning sucks.

Just way too expensive! It's been a long time since I ate here last and I got my go-to Super Nacho. Although the price was about the same the container felt like a third the size, if not, at least half! Ridiculous! ☹️

The food is very delicious! I love it, but not the attention, unfortunately I have been to 3 different Rancheritos and all the women who serve have angry faces, they almost get upset because one arrives, as if they were going to ask for free food. That's the only thing that would improve, but it's still important! That the attention when going somewhere to eat is at least kind, they should talk to their workers so that they are kinder and with at least a little bit of sympathy...
They were listening to music and was in the drive thru and cashier didn't listen and waited a long Time and never got to order. Will never go to this location again. And will tell everyone not to go here. Very disappointed!!!!
