Rancherito's Mexican Food

The best Mexican food comes from the 'dive' locations of Rancharitos and Betos! YUM!!! The wait is sometimes a bit long but those breakfast burritos are totally worth it!!!

Ordered carne asada fries and they were obviously sitting for several hours. Received cold and the guacamole had browned.

I ordered the 5 taquitos special. Great price and the food was excellent.

I specifically said no green sauce please extra red. Only to get home to see I have no red and all green. That’s not a mistake that is just being ignorant. Sad cause I drove past 2 locations to get to this one because it has always been better.

Normally very good but the staff in this location is lazy and literally always messed up my order I’ve ordered her plenty of times hoping for a better outcome but never received it I recomend going to another location

The lady working the drive thru does not know what she is doing. She is rude and got our order wrong. We asked for a chorizo breakfast burrito with no potatoes and extra chorizo. She rang us up for a potato egg and cheese breakfast burrito with no potatoes. We thought it was a simple mistake until she started arguing with us about our order. She said she would fix it, but put potatoes in our burrito. We also asked for red salsa and she gave us green. I’m not sure if she was doing it on purpose or if her being on her cell phone was distracting her from doing her job. This isn’t the first time she’s messed up our order either.

As a semi truck driver, I showed up close to midnight and the lobby was closed. I asked the lady mopping the area if I could order inside since my truck doesn't fit in the drive way but she kept pointing to the driveway and didn't want to help me. Also it didn't look like she spoke English.. Anyways, I walk to the ordering box at the drive thru and was trying to get their attention to order. It sounded like the mic came on for a second and then cut off. I started shouting to try and order but nothing. So I left. Bad customer service!

Went in, probably sat there for at least 10 minutes before an employee helped us. Food was good, until I bit into a small rock that was in the nachos, and it chipped my tooth. Don’t know how you end up cooking a rock into food, but doesn’t sound like this place is a great experience for many. The food was definitely not good enough to need dental work done.

The cashier is very bad, she left us waiting for a long time, she acted crazy and never took my order whenever I come, they have a horrible attitude and every time they give me cold and ugly food
