Well im about done with this location all together. They Forgot my extra espresso shot and my burrito that was ordered. who do I contact about this. this happens all the time I'm so done. I love Rawbean coffee , but the west jordan location is not my favorite they are consitslty inconsistent when I order. I would say 75% of the time I'm given the wrong order or dont even complete my order. and when I say something they just take it back and dump more milk in to make up for it resulting in a very watered down coffee. And for the price you pay, thats not ok. The staff are not very friendly either. I will say, the the Millcreek location rocks!!! Bring that staff down here.

This location usually isn’t too busy. I like raw bean because it is a local business. Their drinks are pretty good. A couple times they have tasted a little different than previous times probably just different baristas might add different amounts of syrup.
The blueberry muffin was a little dry. Their large iced drinks are huge (32oz); I always forget to order by ounce and not size /since they have several different sizes.

The coffee is seriously my favorite coffee anywhere and the food is to die for. I just wish they would write down your order because they almost always mess Up your order or you have to repeat it because they just try to memorize it no matter what even if you’re ordering five coffees. That’s the only reason I don’t go here more but the coffee is so good.

Typically love Raw Bean, and visit often. I ordered two iced coffees that ended up falling over and drenching my car. I went right back and explained what happened and ordered a replacement, the girl said “I got you” I was thrilled to experience a little compassion for my mishap, but ended up getting charged regular price. I am in no way owed anything, but a small discount would have greatly appreciated after my bad luck.

The croissants are out of this world!! We got a plain & then a Nutella. Both were cooked to perfection. Freshhhhhhhh & toasty. We also got to caramel macchiato that were great. We'll be back.

I live nearby this place and I really really wish I liked it. Honestly the only reason I’m rating it more than a one star is because the service was good. The girls are sweet and efficient. However the food is just not very good. I’ve tried this place 3-4 times hoping that maybe I was just going on a bad day but every time I’m very disappointed, the drinks just taste like slightly warm milky water. Definitely don’t get a tea from there I don’t think they get the water hot enough for the tea to seep correctly cause you can’t taste the tea at all.

I thought the chai chiller had a crunchy chai consistency ansd way too sweet. However it probably is supposed to be like that because it has ice cream. I spent $7+ and asked them to toss it.
