I got a RedBul Infusion freeze and my wife got some type of latte ot something like. The service was AWESOME and our drinks came out super fast.

I’ve been to this drive-through a couple times lately, and both times my order wasn’t right. Most recently, I asked for an iced coffee with a splash of oat milk (I’m lactose intolerant), but it came loaded with half-and-half. The girl at the window was super sweet and went to get it fixed right away, which I appreciated because the last time I took the drink as is. What threw me off was overhearing someone inside say I’d asked for half-and-half, even though I was clear. Also, I noticed the energy felt a little different depending on who was ordering from the girl taking orders, specifically being more friend and chatty to male customers. I usually go to the downtown location where things run smoother, but I’d love to keep coming here if things tighten up a bit. Kindness and attention to detail go a long way.

This was my first visit here. I ordered a Iced Caramel Macchiato. It's safe to say it's the nastiest coffee I've ever had and I've drank alot of coffee in my day. So, disappointing when you spend $7 on a coffee and it's complete junk.

I cannot say a bad thing about this coffee shop. Yes, They are a drive through only. However, when I'm waiting for the bus some mornings and it isn't too busy, I'll wait in line with the cars for my coffee. Lol. Wonderful coffee at a wonderful price. And their icecream latte really is a big deal. Yum. And staff are wonderful.

The people who work here are lovely! But the main issue I have is that they don’t write down the orders. Sometimes if there is a long line they will take orders for 2-3 cars without writing it down. As a result my drinks are often incorrect. Typically it is the wrong type of milk or sometimes different syrups added. It is also not just this Raw Bean location that does this, every location I’ve been to takes orders by memory. I think the drinks would be a lot more consistent if the wonderful baristas wrote down the orders.
