Bad customer service, when i was only looking for a substitute for peanut butter, then they talk shit about you while you can hear them waiting for your food, then spit on your food and laugh at you! a bunch of untrained teens that don’t give a shit! this is the third time this has happened getting treated like this! never coming back! don’t bother coming here! go to VITALITY BOWLS! they’re way better and way more kind!

Sitting here in the drive through been here for about 25 minutes only 3 cars in front of me and i’m still waiting for 1 more car before i get my food. This wait is actually insane. And each car i’ve been watching has 1-3 drinks max. Then i Just got up to the window only one poor girl is actually doing her job while the rest are giggling and talking up front…. That poor girl deserves a raise for doing everyone’s job

This place was not it. I’ll be back in the morning but I went inside and ordered some things. Part of this order included two large drinks. I know I said large drinks because after saying, ā€œI want the biggest size you have.ā€ He replied, ā€œSo a large?ā€ It then continued from there. When I received my drinks I got a small and a medium. I went back inside questioning politely if this had been what I ordered. I was confused and hoped I didn’t get charged for larges when I received a small and medium. He straight up said, ā€œNo, you ordered two smalls. We gave you one medium because we had extra and didn’t want to throw it out.ā€ He didn’t even check the receipt… or try to believe me. He was very hostile from the beginning, rose his voice at a customer, and argued with me without trying to actually fix or resolve the situation with a sprinkle of logic. All it took was a quick, ā€œLet me check your receipt.ā€ Yet he felt the need to argue??? It ended in him having me pay another ten dollars to fix one of the large drinks (they remade it wrong btw). I would never had to pay for that second large if I just received the correct order in the first place. I did not get a receipt from the start of my order as I didn’t think it was necessary or think of it at the time. However, after ringing up the EXACT same order on the app and seeing the $5-7 difference between the two sizes. I think I know which one I ordered… and I’ll give you a hint it wasn’t the small. Oh this was also my first ever experience from Roxberry. I thought it would be a nice treat for my partner who just had knee surgery. Coming from a food industry manager, please teach your employees better basic respect and manners. You never know the situation. I will be getting the name of that employee to add here because no customer deserves to be treated with that amount of disrespect.

HORRIBLE service, Asked for 2 large smoothies got one medium and one small, when I went back inside to get the correct sizes and was told no, I got 2 smalls, which even if that is was i ordered, what i had still wasnt correct. On top of that I never got my other large drink and it took 30 minutes to get my drinks. I also had to PAY for THEIR mess up, I never got anything refunded and I had to pay for the new one all on top of already paying for my previous drinks. Absolutely ridiculous teach your employees to treat people better, I will be coming back tomorrow for a full refund. I would just avoid all roxberrys never had a good experience.

The smoothies are always yummy. However it takes forever to get your drink. If there's only a couple people ahead of you it takes 45 minutes just to get your order. This happens every single time I come to this location. Not sure why it takes so long to make a smoothie. I wish it didnt take so long to get my smoothie because their yummy here and I really don't want to go elsewhere but I might have to if this continues.

This location always had excessive wait times. First time I went I thought maybe it was a one time thing and now a second time no. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

The smoothies are pretty good, but a little too expensive to come regularly.

During most of my visits to this location, the staff has been very unprofessional. There’s rarely more than one or two employees actually wearing uniforms / food appropriate attire, and many are just staying in the back room not helping. The staff is also very loud and seem to offload all the work onto one or two coworkers instead of doing their job.

Unacceptable service! Only one of the workers was basically doing all the work, while the rest were going back and forth from working to playing Fortnite in the back! Never have I seen such unprofessional behavior from a place like this. The one worker who was actually doing the work had to work extra fast, and orders still came in much slower than they should've!
