If you decide to go to a roxbury, choose a different one.The workers at this one are full of attitude and not wanting to actually do their job in a right and professional manner. Horrible service horrible workers subpar product.

Came through the drive thru at 930 on a Friday night and when we pulled up they said they were closed even though the sign on the door said they don't close till 10. When we drove past the window there were 3 workers inside. Super sad because we love their smoothies.

The hours say they are open until 10pm on Saturdays, this is the second time I drove here prior to closing and the open sign is off and the lights on the order screen is off as well. I arrived @ 8:48 pm today. I believe the last time was a little after 8:30 pm. If the hours have changed, please update the website.

My smoothie was delicious and came quickly, the employees just seemed more interested in their phones and their gossip rather than working. They’re teenagers though, so I can’t be too hard on ‘em ?

Dietary restrictions: I have certain fruit allergies so they were able to safely make my smoothie without me worrying!

Honestly, my first time at this location. The person at the drive through was rude and we sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes before hearing from anyone. I ended up calling in to make sure that the drive through was working. When she finally answered, she was rude. Maybe she was stressed or understaffed. Idk.

Does this place sometimes take a bit to get your order out? Yes. However, I am willing to wait. The smoothies here are so fresh, the smoothie bowls are delicious, the juice is so good, the different smoothie varieties are fun to try, the mystery mixes are good deal... I just love this place! Sometimes the service isn't my favorite, but idk I feel like that's anywhere these days. I think we all have expectations of really fast food and overly friendly staff. The stuff here is made fresh and it tastes like it, so I'm willing to wait. I'm addicted

smoothie i had was exactly what i was craving, i recommend the Caribbean drink. staff were friendly and pretty quick even though they had a few more customers in the drive thru. the other girls who were there apparently left their phone there and the worker called the customers sister to recover the phone (using siri i guess?) going above and beyond lol. shoutout to that worker she was cool.
