Stay away from the Kahuna burger. It’s a sloppy, overpriced, overcooked burger with poor taste. McDonald’s has better burgers. Very disappointed. The quality should be better for what they’re charging.

This Rumbi's location is fantastic! The food is hot and fresh, and management is always friendly and accommodating. I have never had a problem that the manager didn't quickly and satisfactorily resolve. I enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and friendliness at this location.

Rumbi is always good, and this one is no exception, but I'm also just really impressed by the workers here. We came during the holidays and it was nicely decorated in the fun "Christmas-in-Hawaii" way they do. All the tables were really clean and--even more surprising--the bathroom was immaculate. You just don't get that kind of attention to detail at most restaurants of this caliber.The employees were really nice and patient while we decided, and they were friendly and mild-tempered. Altogether it was just cozy. Loved it.

The bread of the teriyaki sandwich was falling apart, the sandwich was sliding off and was unable to eat it, ended up having to eat it with a fork.

Rumbi always has yummy food. We went right after 5 pm and were the only ones in the restaurant. The service was fast and the employees were very helpful!. The restaurant has a Hawaiian theme and is fun! We ordered the fish tacos, kids chicken and fries and a Volcano blackened salmon bowl with a side salad. Everything was fresh and delicious!

We love Rubmi’s, and this is our favorite location BY FAR! The food is always amazing, and the staff is SO friendly and kind. They make our entire visit awesome. We’ve signed up for the email list and get great coupons too.Note: Definitely try the Chicken and Shrimp entree with rumbi rice and the house salad (do the vinegerette, it’s to die for). We get it every time! They also have the BEST sweet potato fries ever.
I entered, did not get addressed because the lady on the cashregister was on the phone taking an order. Which is understandable but im a doordasher trying to make a living so i couldn't wait for her to finish after already waiting 2 minutes. I made eye contact with a gentleman in the back and asked him "hi is the order on the counter the one I came to pick up, would you come check please?" He smiled and headed around to come look. As he did so the lady on the phone/cashier gave me a mad dirty look and had the nerve too stick her arm out pintch the air and pull her arm across imitating to zip my lips! I've never been so disrespected by someone that i didn't even address before in my life!!! It was at about 7:45-7:50pm on June 20th that the cashier behaved in this way and when I am done doordashing tonight I will be trying to contact management or tomorrow morning if they are closed before I am off
