The customer service at this store is horrible. I ordered twice and neither of the times I was there did they attend to me. I waited in my car for a few minutes and they still didn't attend to me. Horrible attitude.

Stopped at this Sonic on my way home from taking my Mom and her 98 yr old husband to their Drs appts. Needed a quick sandwich š„Ŗ for my daughter and I. I SPECIFICALLY ordered 2 brioche bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and heated one up after running errands and realized they were BOTH sausage egg and cheese š²ā¼ļøTried calling 6 times, with no answer, drove ALL the way back, which isn't close to our houseā¼ļøAlso asked for them to be cut in half and the girl said "I can throw in knife š”ļø" Surprise š± there was NO knife nor cut in halfā¼ļøHow hard is it to please your customersāļøAs a customer service Mgr for years, would've just thrown in SOMETHING for all their trouble š¤ā¼ļøš¤·āāļø

The food would have been ok, but the burgers weren't cooked all the way. The drinks were amazing but next time I go there I will make sure to tell them to make sure my burger is cooked all the way through.

The staff are so incredibly rude they acted so annoyed that we were there, made a smart mouthed comet when asking for white milk say "that's the only kind we have" then they screwed up the cards because we ordered 2 separate orders and they charged both to the same card tried lying about it and were annoyed when I asked them to fix it by refunding the wrong transaction and charging the right card.

The person taking the order didn't understand order so ended up getting just a sandwich and not a meal and was not helpful at all trying to order sides. It was very frustrating!!

Worst sonic ever.. the people they employ act like they canāt even stand to be there. Worst customer service.. constantly misses providing syrup on breakfast, low filled fry boxes.. one fry sauce for a whole huge meal? No. And they donāt answer the phone when theyāve forgotten something so you have to drive back with receipts.. worst ever service.

I drove 4 hours and had to stop for some food and a bathroom. Walked in the bathroom and was appalled. The garbage can was filled at least 3 ft High above the top with paper towels. Partly because there was no toilet paper. So you can guess what was on the paper towels. There were bloody loogies on the floor. The toilet seat was completely soaked with pee and poop. They have soap and sanitizer dispensers, both of which were empty. I walked in to grab my food and asked the guy who gave me my food what happened to the bathroom. He agreed it was gross and said he was going to clean it today and he's been gone for 2 days. I told him it should have been cleaned 10 times today and he should've had his crew clean it. This was at 7pm. Then he told me he's not even the manager. Gross. I threw the food away and went to Wendy's in the same parking lot. Grossest thing I've ever seen.

My drink was only 3/4 full. I asked the guy that brought it to me if they could fill it. He said how do you know it isnāt full. Really? He took it back shaking his head. The fries were cold. I did try to call the store they didnāt answer. Emailed Sonic and they are happy to give me a coupon for free tots and a drink if I purchase something. What a joke. Horrible management and customer service.

When we got home we were missing part of our order. We ordered onion rings that were so over cooked that they were almost not eatable.

I previously rated this Sonic with 3 stars, as I have a rule to always give a place another chance. Unfortunately, today's experience was the worst so far. The tater tots were undercooked, and the root beer was almost pure soda water with no syrup. The Ocean Water had the same issue. To make matters worse, no one answered the store phone at 6 PM on June 8th.
