If I could give this place negative stars I would. Three times in a row I have ordered a simple slush on the app and the slush NEVER came out. Each time, after waiting 20 minutes or more, I would finally get in line and ask them to make it. I even called the company in hopes corporate would fix it. Nope. Find a different Sonic to go to of you must have their food.

Tonight my husband and I stopped in for some food at the West Jordan Sonic and Jesus the wonderful employee was working the entire building by himself there wasn’t another person there. The wait time was a long (about 45 minutes in total) but we wanted to take a minute praise Jesus for breaking his back to do everything himself. We aren’t sure why he was there by himself but he deserves a raise

I see so many negative reviews on here and I can’t say I have had those experiences at this location. The employees are all amazing and friendly at this location. They definitely know when I pull up and have my cokes in hand and ready to give them to me! I will say like a previous review on here that I absolutely love coming in the mornings to see Melanie she is the sweetest most upbeat person! She has always been extremely friendly! Along with the two other women mentioned in a previous review. The staff here is mostly friendly and upbeat and give amazing service. There are times this location gets busy and wait times are a long time but when there isn’t more than one or two people working and running things out it makes it completely rough on the staff!

I love this location and it’s definitely my go to!!!!! Hope the staff knows that they are appreciated and work their hardest!!!

My partner ordered on the app, checked in , and waited for 30 min. After sitting there for that long he went through the drive thru and the lady said the food was ready and brought it out right away. It was ice cold by that point so I don’t know if they were talking or jacking around or what in there… but my partner never wants to go back again.

We went through the drive thru this evening and waited for 15 minutes, kept saying hello into the speaker but nobody ever acknowledged us, they were open just didn't want to take orders. We gave up and went elsewhere deciding that would be better than how they would have made our food had we gone inside. We won't be back

The last time visiting this location, I placed a mobile order and saw 20 minutes after it said it would be ready with no sign. Went to the drive-through was told. Please wait and waited for another 5 to 10 minutes before just leaving without getting any food at all.

Decent as far as Sonics go. I'm only giving 3 stars because i usually get a Diet Cherry Limeade and they keep on making it with the wrong syrup. When i asked them to remake it, they insisted that the purple liquid that tastes like grape is actually cherry. I'm starting to doubt my senses, but I'm pretty sure I'm right.

we’ve given this sonic multiple chances to redeem themselves but they continue to fail. the first time we came we spent $30 on burgers, fries and ice cream. the burgers were not just wrong but not even close to what we ordered. fries were cold and ice cream was liquid. came back today for a second chance and again, ice cream is straight liquid, the order was wrong and nobody cares. too overpriced to keep gambling

I do have to say the manager here is the most unfriendly lady I have ever met and half her staff treats people like garbage or are extremely slow. The manager has no people skills she can’t even follow the online order services she takes well over 20 minutes to hand you the order. The person who should be running that store is Melanie! She is the most amazing women I know and extremely polite. She is fast serviced and actually cares about the customers. There are two other amazing workers one name is Florencia and she is super sweet and great at her job along with Valeria they both have great customer service skills and know how to treat their customers! I use to run a restaurant and when I see workers like these three women you know they are the ones who bring joy to the customers and actually care for their jobs! Please make Melanie a manager even though I know she doesn’t want to be one, she is the one who makes this store run with out her I’d be waiting for over 20 minutes for a drink. Her and those other two ladies are by far the hardest working ones.

This Sonic location is so lazy with their service, me and my fiancé came here and waited in the spot to place your order for 15 minutes and after that we decided to go through the drive thru because there were cars and they turned off the lights. About maybe 5 cars in line and they decided to turn the lights off..It wasn’t 10 when they’re supposed to close.

Talk about a place going downhill lived next to this Sonic For as long as they’ve been here horrible last time we were here I asked for the orange cream shake. They told me they didn’t make it anymore. Ordered one today and got one. Nobody knows what they’re doing then I Ordered a large fry got a small and they acted all put out when I asked for what I Paid for. Sad that these food places can’t keep up the standards. Everything‘s going to crap pretty sure it has the deal with new leadership and the lack of hiring decent staff.. Not to mention that as we’re eating our food, the employees come out and smoke right underneath the awning Now everything taste like cigarette smoke crazy gotta be a health violation
