Never go to the Starbucks. The people The customers are rude and the worker didn't tell me 100% that they didn't have a double smoked bacon.

I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and overheard the baristas say they ran out of the ribbon crunch topping. Instead of telling me and letting me choose another drink, or an alternative, they attempted to hide that mistake with a butt ton of caramel. When I asked them if they were missing the crunch-y bit, the barista finally admitted to it. She then proceeded to offer alternative toppings. I advised her that yes, I would like an alternative toppings if I’m paying extra for a topping I’m not going to get. I might as well have gotten a Carmel frappe at that point. That was such a small customer service issue that they could’ve easily resolved instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice. Seems super silly. But yeah, won’t be coming back here since they’re picking and choosing for customers.

I used to come to this location before but lately the girl taking the orders had an attitude wrote the order wrong so we got the wrong drink. When we let young man know instead of her explaining that it was her fault for writing the order wrong she seemed to get mad at young man for it when it was clearly her mistake for writing the wrong order. Hopefully the customer service will improve again.

Worst Starbucks experience! I’m not one to leave negative reviews unless one is really needed. Pulled up to the window with my husband to get my iced latte with skim milk, no flavor and 2 extra shots. Not a difficult order. I was handed a drink that looked wrong, the sticker said caramel macchiato and had obvious caramel on the bottom. We told her it was wrong, and she asked what it was supposed to be. We told her and she left to remake. She then handed us another one, which looked the same only just mixed. I saw the caramel on the bottom and told her it was wrong again. She told me the order sticker on the cup was wrong but that it was a latte. When I showed her the caramel at the bottom she took it back again to get the right order and we had to pretty much yell after her what the right order should be as she took off so quickly. When she brought the drink the THIRD time I could tell by the color right away that it wasn’t skim milk but before we could say anything she handed the drink and shut the window quickly. I go to Starbucks all the time, this is the first time writing a negative review ever. Seriously rude and inconsiderate staff. When I’m paying $8 for a cup of espresso and milk, get it right! I wonder how they handle the difficult orders…

Unfortunately, this has been the Starbucks I used to work at for 3.5 years. Through all the grief these baristas go through, the management fails them again and again. They love the regulars and customers that come into this building.
The manager that is currently there is rude, cuts customers off when ordering, and rushes people at the window. Not to mention has lost their best baristas due to their lack of care for their employees.
These baristas and customers deserve better, infinitely. This store is needing a remodel and restructuring from the top.

I just had a bad experience at this place via mobile order, even when they weren't busy, they made my coffee wrong, they didn't admit it was wrong and said because i wanted extra salted cold foam there was no see espresso in it. I have had this every morning for 3 years now, before i could say anything they cut me off and remake one but no browsugar, so disappointed. This is two pictures that the coffee they made wrong, and next to it is my usual drink at Sandy's. Even when my friend ordered, they made my friend's green tea wrong.

They messed up my drink & my friend’s. It was mobile orders and I don’t think they even look on the order closely before they made them. And they weren’t even busy. This is a reason I don’t go to Starbuck frequently anymore.

How many times can you mess up... I order a sweet cream cold brew maybe 3 times a week. Being very polite I explained it was right, looks, taste, everything. They replaced it. Again, the worst drink ever. Threw it away and wasted my money. If you want a real Starbucks drink go to a real Starbucks...

Without fail, the most inconsistent Starbucks hours ever. Showed up this morning at 7:15 to get coffee (hours state 7a opening) and although two employees inside, no one made eye contact with me at the door and door was locked. so
