How many times can you mess up... I order a sweet cream cold brew maybe 3 times a week. Being very polite I explained it was right, looks, taste, everything. They replaced it. Again, the worst drink ever. Threw it away and wasted my money. If you want a real Starbucks drink go to a real Starbucks...

today 01/22/24 I went to the bank and I wanted a hot latte and I passed but the lady who served me treated us quite badly. I don't know if she acted racist or was mean but we told her what we wanted and that it would be big and this The lady repeatedly attacked us three times, making fun of us and I passed her on. Then we asked her for coconut milk because I am lactose intolerant and she threw away what she was making and told us what a waste and she made a face at us!! I passed it and she gave me my drink and I felt it was very light. I asked her for a straw and she told me that straws are only for cold drinks and I told her and I'll drink it with a straw and she answered me again because it's going to melt and really By then I was already quite upset and while we weren't going she mockingly told me to have a good day and I replied, "You at work, what great customer service" and she laughed! When I got to my car I opened my drink and it was half foam and half latte and I got quite angry but I had to go back to work and while I was drinking it I felt quite ill and she brought me to the hospital with stomach pain because she made it with normal milk, which was bad. service, she has pink hair and is blonde, I hope they fire her for bad service!!!

Passive aggressive employees at this location. Asked for extra caramel in a caramel mochiatto, girl taking order asked if I meant extra vanilla syrup. I said no, extra caramel (caramel machiatto..). She said okay then gave me a caramel mochiatto with no extra caramel and said "you enjoy that" in a sneering and passive aggressive voice. Have had more caramel in these drinks at other locations when not asking for extra

This Starbucks had a Very bad feeling from the moment I walked through the door. maybe it was me being tired from my long nights.But regardless I placed a order online for a drink and a sandwich, about 5mins before reaching the location. Once I get in, my order still wasn't ready so I waiting patiently. But then after a full almost 10mins they recall my drink order and I realized they didn't want to call my name.After realizing the order I placed online was incorrect because I wanted a grande Frappuccino, but instead I ordered the drink grande hot on accident. Which I said to the (guy/girl) tender, this is wrong, this is supposed to be a frappe. And as I looked at the tender and the order online the (guy/girl) tender goes: no that a hot drink with a little abrasive tone.I ignore it - and decided not to make a fuss about it and then just pay for the drink I actually wanted.Then the tender (guy/girl) ask me what was in my drink when the sticker on the cup says it, I pointed out. So I grab the cup and repeated it. They finished my drink and it's so watery like I don't know what they made, which Iv never seen before. So I tell the (guy/girl) tender: not once have I order this drink and it comes watery like this.The (guy/girl) tenders looks at me annoyed beyond all normal human behavior and says, it's because of how many shots you orders, tends to melt the ice and stares at me to go away. But if west valley can do it right every-time I ordered this same drink, somehow( why can't they??So as I smile at the (guy/girl) tender confused myself, the guy/girl tender also tells me they couldn't take the drink back after I just asked, if they could blend it with a little more ice.So before I was nicely going to ask for a refund and drive all the way to my normal coffee spot, - which btw I still did cuz the drink's taste was still nasty and wasn't made correctly--the guy/girl tender gives a big sigh takes the drink away from me and walks always and proceeds to re-blend the drink with a little more ice.. the guy/girl tender then comes back puts my drink quickly on the counter then walks away yelling at me, that next time ask for extra ice ( like as if I knew that ) I don't work for Starbucks, but theirs definitely not a next time coming to this location. Which I would also like to point out - EVERYTHING AT THIS LOCATION COST MORE - I usually go to the Starbucks in west Vally and from this experience for cheating on my guys, I guess this is what I get.

Nothing beats a Caramel Macchiato. Except maybe a Vinti Caramel Macchiato. Try one hot or on ice, you won't regret it.

Typical Starbucks with the same options that they have everywhere else. Wasn't very busy inside at all early on a Saturday morning. Mostly people are coming in picking up their orders and leaving. Staff are fine and the place is kept pretty clean overall.

I will never return to the one I went to again. They were sooo aggressive with a tip. I did not have my coffee and they had ny card. (I will tip after my coffee is delivered depending on the service.i'm not listing the one I went to for the aggressive nature . The ones in Smiths and Targets are great
