I originally went to another Starbucks but with, im not kidding, at least 50 people in line for red cup day and the line not even moving after sitting there for 18 minutes, I decided to try another location and went to this location. I cant even tell you how fast this location was serving people. They were moving along so quickly even with the long line of cars. I was in the line, ordered, paid and got my drinks in less than 10 minutes and they were so nice at the window and had a smile even though I know today was probably stressful for the workers. Thank you for the great service and delicious drink.

Love coming here to do work! The environment is so welcoming and the staff is so kind. I once left my backpack and called them, they answered and put it in the back for me. Cannot recommend this store enough!

I've anyways have liked Starbucks my one complaint is your a coffee shop please teach your employees how to make what you sell. Every time i order a flat white i for half a cup of foam. Flat white should have little to no foam and every time I get one is half foam. Let's just do better.

I came here to get a 2 drinks and two cake pops and got told my total was 20$ and so I paid then left but then I got home and saw I was charged for 25$ one of the workers put a tip on for herself without even asking for a tip she just did it. Stealing money is not okay.

Every time I come here, my drink is always correct and the staff are very welcoming and kind. They will even sometimes write sweet messages on my cups and I think it's just an extra sweet touch. Thank you to all of the employees at this branch for having such positive attitudes, even so early in the morning! You all are doing amazing .

The fact that this location has the pebble ice, makes me very happy. My drink is always delicious and for the most part the service is great. Every now and then, I'll get okayish service, but my drink being well made makes up for it.

My husband went to this location yesterday around 10:30-11AM ish. The lady who took his order was EXTREMELY rude. When she asked for him name my husband said “Emmanuel” to which she gave him a very confused look and didn’t say anything h to him. My husband, thinking she might have not heard him said “Oh sorry, it’s Emmanuel” and started to spell it. She interrupted him halfway and said “I’m just not going to put a name.” Then, when him and his friend received their order, his friend wanted some ice because his tea was very hot. When his friend went to ask ice, from the same lady, the lady said “Ugh we’re really busy, we can’t” and then continued working. The lady who handed him their drinks did finally give him some ice and was much nicer. This lady was extremely rude and I am happy to discuss this situation with a district manager so we can identify who this teller was so she can be corrected.
Had me a matcha iced latte. Relaxed and read. Love the vibe!

I ordered a mocha with 3 shots of espresso and oat milk this morning. There was no espresso in my mocha. I have coffee daily. I know the difference between having a drip coffee and an espresso. I was disappointed as I paid for an espresso drink.

The employees were so kind! I don't drink coffee or anything but my wife loves their green tea and my dog loves their pup cups. I wish all places were like this.

The drinks were good, the food was good, but the customer service by the manager was very rude, since our consumption was inside the store, while we were waiting for a person, her first comment when we sat down was "to sit at the table you have to consume" to which she was told that we were waiting for one more person, the place was empty, and we understand the consumption part, but the rude way she treated us was very evident. There another stores more friendly than this.
