The service and employees at this location are fantastic. On the rare occasions I order Starbucks; I usually do it on the app. My drink is always done on time and correct. The employees are also very friendly.

I usually make my own cappuccinos from home. Being on the road I really wanted one so I opted to stop at this Starbucks. The atmosphere in general quality of my drinks using this chain have always been above average. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for this location. The bathroom walls appeared to have urine on them. The toilet paper fell off the ring onto the ground when I went to use it. The manager was friendly enough but the baristas appeared fairly busy talking amongst themselves. I received my drink without the cardboard insulation, which turned out to be fine because the drink was lukewarm. Finally, when I went to get some Splenda, I was rather surprised that they didn't have any condiments out. ( Cream, soy milk, sugar, honey). I was required to go to the baristas and ask for a specific number of splenda's which were kept behind the bar. Quite a surprising experience from one of my go-to coffee places. I will not be returning and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend.

Starbucks is DISCUSTING as a company. Who requires you to approve or decline a tip JUST to pay!?!? Your deplorable!!! Never again!!! Waitresses deserve a tip! Not someone at a window who did NOTHING to deserve a tip!!! Your company is despicable!!!

I come here for coffee every day. Some of the staff are friendly, but some of the staff are unprofessional . The unprofessional staff always screw up my coffee order, and I know it's on purpose.

I didn't leave a tip, and it took twenty minutes for them to make me an iced pumpkin Chai. There was literally nobody in the store, yet they were still so slow. On top of them, a couple people came in while I was there and got there drinks before me. Crazy. I thought tipping was optional?!
