This location has been my go to spot since they opened, even though there’s one in Smith’s literally across the street. I moved to Herriman and still go to this location when I can. The baristas here just take such good care of you, friendly, never messed up my order, even the custom orders, and they do it with a smile and a cute drawing on my cup! One barista stands out above the rest in all the years I’ve gone, Kaito, she’s always so friendly regardless of the day of the week or time of day I’ve stopped in or gone through the drive thru
I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks location, but this visit felt rushed and a bit off. I ordered an Americano with pumpkin and white mocha, but wasn’t asked how many pumps I wanted, just one of each. Instead, they added four pumps of each, which made the drink overly sweet. It was also served cold, even though I wanted it hot.
When I ordered my breakfast item, I’m typically asked if I’d like sriracha or any extras, but this time the barista just handed it over and said “Have a great day.” I had to ask for the sriracha afterward, which made the interaction feel impersonal.
This location is usually great, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off. I’d love to see more attentiveness.

I hate this location. Every time we go through the drive through the staff is short and snippy. We were in the middle of ordering and they cut us off, they act annoyed with any question asked. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Just wow! Every time I come here I’m greeted by the best customer service I’ve ever received. Shoutout to Meg for being the GOAT!!! Genuinely can’t stop spending money at this place. Even though they’re swamped with all those pumpkin chai chasers, they always make sure to make me feel beyond special. MVP STORE!! They all deserve a raise for what they go through each day (I’m a pumpkin chai chaser).
