Drive thru needs a lot of training. This is not my usual Starbucks but have never had this much consistent difficulty with the drive thru the few times I’ve been here. Workers are nice and friendly but definitely need better management and training. I’ll more than likely avoid this Starbucks :/

An adorable location, the central oval seating structure is fun and original. All the staff were friendly, helpful and patient. Drinks came out at a reasonable speed. A very good atmosphere for a coffee shop.

The drive thru is always busy which to me means they get orders right! Some other locations always mess up the non coffee drinks. We haven't had any problems with them at all. We ordered on the app and it was ready by the time we got there and we don't even live that far. Keep up the great work!!Kid-friendliness: My 4 year old loves the white hot chocolate and the cakepops.

The last couple of months I've been coming here a lot. Even during their busy or hectic times, the staff are always so kind. I've never had an order wrong. I'm always greeted with a smile and highly appreciate the staff here.
Slowest service ever. This is is 3rd time in 2 weeks I’ve done a mobile order 10 minutes prior to arriving and still had to wait 15 minutes or more after getting there. Currently sitting in drive through (now stuck) for 14 minutes. Where’s the management?

The coffee was great and the service seemed great too, until I asked to break my $10 bill for change. The money was supposed to be for the tip-jar. I was told they couldn't break my $10 bill unless I planned to spend it there. This was seconds after purchasing a french press and a coffee, (paid with my SB app). The manager wasn't great, but everyone else was dynamite. Rudeness is usually pretty rare at a Starbucks.

From the moment I entered the store at least 3 baristas welcomed me :) everyone seemed so happy. Wish all the Starbucks stores have employees like these guys.

Went on the drive thru and the lady wasn’t really nice taking my order. Once I paid and received my order my order wasn’t right went inside the store to get it fixed and once again no one greeted me just ignored me till I went up to the guy and asked him for half and half. Overall experience was bad. Bad customer service and barista counter top wasn’t clean. Management need to do better on training or maybe I went on a bad day.

From the beginning at the window barista corrected my pronunciation... and that the drink comes w whipped cream . At the window it got worst she gave me my drink not full w no straw and different lid not made for frappe and when I looked at it she smirked and said What What's wrong ... I said nothing and drove away .. Wow .
