Today I stopped by the Redwood location, and compared to how I remembered it, I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. The place is spotless, the counter is super clean, and the sandwich is amazing—you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite.
The service was outstanding, 100%. They’re definitely doing a great job here 👏👏👏 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

9 times out of 10 between 8pm and 6am their computer is either down, or you can't pay with card and the employees have no idea why. Several times there has been a long wait to be served while certain employees just chat in the back for ten minutes.
Whenever they do get to you and get your food, it does taste amazing and the employees are extremely polite.
Being a 24 location, this spot seriously needs to improve the night shift operations. Other 24 spots don't seem to have these problems.

We watched 5 people leave while one employee tried to keep up with customers. The manager took a minute to look at the line of customers waiting to order then went back into the office. Never helped!!! If that employee finds a new TEAM to work with, it would be so justified.l
I like their Philly sandwich. The service was great. It's a walk through sandwich shop so who cares about atmosphere?

There are two spanish ladies who work here and their English is pretty rough so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt when they screwed up my order 3 times in a row but this time I ordered on doordash just in case to assure that my order would be correct and low and behold one of the sandwiches I purchased was prepared improperly. Tomato added when i specified NOT to add Tomato and that same sandwich came cold when i ordered it toased. Obviously some more training is required here for these two.
