I haven't been to Subway in a REALLY long time because my favorite thing was the seafood & crab which Subway got rid of & I'm picky with meat. But the staff was awesome. The sandwich was amazing! I will go back for sure! ***side note - I really do wish the crab meat could make a comeback 😉

Normally I always come to eat here because it is close to me, and the times I have come they have been friendly. But today was the opposite, I couldn't even order because the lady who served had a terrible attitude!! If you have a bad day it's not my problem. I just want to order some food and that's it.

Outbof bread, one lady complaining loudly how her head hurt over and over, another lady calling someone complaining out of bread, I stood there 5 min, was going to do a wrap and then they ignored me because they had not started a big to go order. I have only 30 min for lunch amd could not wait. Instead of complaining out loud to every customer maybe let people in line know they are out of bread and it's a 10 min wait etc..

It's Subway, I don't mean to say that Subway food is 5 stars. I mean it's good, but...The reason I give 5 stars is specifically to this Subway. Everytime I go in there, the veggies look crisp and fresh, the bread is being maintained and fresh. So many Subways don't bother. The veggies are wilty, the bread is old. These ladies are ALWAYS on top of it. The store is clean and smells like fresh baked bread. Despite the lack of English, the workers are always so cheerful and professional, and speak enough English to understand your order.It's a refreshingly pleasant experience, everytime.

Incorrect order with what was requested. Changes were made by the store with no approval and door dash tampered with the order.

Sandwich was good, my biggest issue was the staff. Lady who made my sandwich didn't listen at all. After asking what I wanted, she confirmed the order, foot long chicken teriyaki on white, not toasted. I watch her grab a different bread, no big deal, and cut it in half and put the other half away. I correct her and say foot long please. She gets another loaf and starts making the sandwich and put the cold chicken on the bread. I would've corrected it, if I could see what she was doing, but they put a block up so you can't see the meat. I didn't know it was cold until I watched the go into the oven before I could say anything. I'm not a fan of toasted. I like my bread soft, oh well. There's a line and I feel bad for the people behind me. Toppings go on fine. I go to pay, I trying to plug in my phone number for the rewards, and the screen goes away and I see the tip options. Lady behind the register didn't even ask if I wanted a drink or cookies, or anything really. Just looked like she was in a rush. I said I guess I don't want cookies or a drink, thanks for asking. Paid and left. I've been here before, some days are good, staff is talkative and friendly, then I've had days similar, but not this bad. Do better!

If I could give 10 stars for service I would and give it Michelle. She was fun to talk to and when above and beyond to tell how we can ensure that they are carrying veggie patty’s on our next visit.She deserves a raise!! Great staff!
Vegetarian options: They’ve got veggie patty and veggies - all a vegetarian can ask for from a sandwich shop.:)
