The food at Subwsy is delicious but the service is terrible at this location. This store is not staffed to accommodate both online and dining in. I don't blame the employees completely. There needs to be more staff so customers waiting inline aren't ignored. After 20 minutes and being ignored we left. This is not the first time this has happened here. The staff needs to alternate between in dining guests and online. Needless to say I and my family won't be coming back to this location.

Why is my sandwich drowning in mustard when I asked for just a little? This is extra mustard.. I get if too much comes out of the bottle, but then take it off idk? Most the sandwich is just Mayo and mustard. Be so foreal 🤦🏻♀️

Three employees on duty when I arrived and I had to wait five minutes for someone to help me. When they did, I was barely acknowledged as they continued to converse amongst themselves or with friends who showed up after me. There was no urgency to making my order.

I would advise going to any other subway location if your ordering online i cant tell you how many times ive ordered online and it has been wrong so just a warning the staff here needs to get it together and learn how to read so they can prove me wrong by making my online order correct or any order and its no better when you walk in too the staff is very rude and acts like in intruding on there time when i order and look at me like im a threat because i came in for lunch and i miss the 2020-2022 staff they were so much better nicer and were very good at connecting with the customers and they also could get a order right in there first try

This place is a nightmare!! If you don't speak Spanish DO NOT GO!! Ordered delivery through that app, had a gem steal my order then took an hour to even communicate that to the staff!! Then had ME call Door dash because they had no idea what to do.

Me and my partner and I decided to order from this location, and the order total was about 50$ for three subs, which is fine. But the quality was GARBAGE. Meatball subs marinara was crusty from sitting in the hot well all day long. My breakfast flatbread, which was extremely simple, was drenched in garlic aioli. It was watery as anything I've ever seen. I work in food service as a living, I totally understand most problems/accidents. But yall need to pull it together it is NOT HARD TO MAINTAIN A SANDWHICH LINE. Do not eat here. Pick a better subway
