We were served by a woman who did not want to give us her name, who treated us very badly, she threw things, the bread, the ingredients, everything, I told her what was wrong because she treated us like that but she did not respond, she just continued making us feel bad, I will never go back to this place

It's a standard subway. The dining room was clean and organized. The lady who served us wasn't too friendly. im not sure why there wasn't a soul in the restaurant she seemed she wasn't too sure she wanted to help us or not weird vibe, but we got our food, and it's subway at its best I love subway but matey I'll avoid this location so you don't disturb the server wouldn't want to ruin her day!!!

I went to the location at 7800 S and 4800 W to get a sandwich on my way into work. The two employees were extremely slow and when asked if they could speed up they still continued at their lethargic pace. To add to it I had a coupon for a free drink with the purchase of a footlong and they said it has already been scanned, which made no sense considering that I recently got the coupons in the mail and it was my first time using them. Needless to say I will not be coming to this location anymore.

Online order. Subs were not made as ordered. Paid 4 dollars extra for bacon on two subs and didn’t get it. Subs not toasted as placed online. Toppings all messed up.

The girl working was by herself. Which is not how staff should be around dinner rush. She had multiple online orders that were waiting to pick up their meal, but the employee hadn't had the time to make those orders as she was trying to keep up with the rush of people who were walking in. No staff should be left to work alone because of instances like this. Bless the employee, as she was doing her best.

Went in and two people went out of line and just went home. Then another person did that after 5 minutes. Only one girl working andthe other employee in the back. We waited 10 minutes and decided it wasn't worth the wait either. I believe there was a lot of missed patrons on this day.

Maria and her colleague were exceptionally slow, rude, and unhygienic. When we arrived there was no one in line. The male colleague was making two sandwhiches. Maria chose to ignore the line of customers and break bread on the trays. When I asked for the supervisor name and phone number she refused to give the number. Another customer asked the male to change his gloves after he touched his ears and tried to go back to making her sandwich. She waited 20 plus min and they ended up refusing to finish her online order. The rudeness and unprofessional behavior is a blemish on subway. They refused to give the store number to file a complaint. I noticed a receipt openly displayed on the counter and got the order number.Maria should be terminated as should the boy. Both were rude and ignored customer concerns. Both actively refused to provide supervisor information, supervisor office number, store number, or provide a way for customers to file a complaint. 7 people left the store unhappy with these two. I would like a call back from subway. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
