Taco Bell has gone downhill do you have to order from a kiosk now instead of at the counter and with their point system it sucks can't even get your points to try to scan a receipt or log in at the kiosk and it just doesn't work at all so much for a reward system

Ive been going to the taco bell for at least a year now and have only one good experience to speak of every time I go to this taco bell I leave feeling like ive been stolen from my order is simple 4 bean burritos with extra cheese and extra red sauce. Its never came out with extra anything and i pay for it. This is the only taco bell I can say consistently let's me down. Save your self the disappointing encounter go somewhere else. I definitely won't be giving this location my business again. 👎👎👎👎

The little girl at the window had an attitude for no reason. I wish I had got her name. She gave us attitude simply because she was speaking very quietly and had ask her (one time) what she had said, mind you we asked very politely. I respect people who work in service I work in the service industry but she is nasty and rude and I won’t go back to this location again.

Went thru the drive thru and the guy who took our order used some annoying cartoon like voice, and with each item I ordered he cut me off mid sentence asking me sour cream and extra spicy but in that annoying voice. By time I made it to the window I was pissed and tried to get the guys name so I can call the store manager but he refused, I will never come back to this location and can't believe they would employ someone like him! 70th and Redwood was the location!

Whoever is making the Chalupas, they are cutting corners to save time. DEEP FRY THE TORTILLA, THE WAY THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO BE. These tortillas are basically raw.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. The 2 crunch wraps I ordered had maybe a table spoon of meat between the 2 of them. The potatoes were under cooked in my fiesta potatoes. I STRONGLY recommend del taco maybe two blocks north. The ingredients are fresh. The prices are way better. I mean come Taco Bell 22$ for two crunch wraps and some potatoes.
