No one would come over to take my order. I finally had to ask someone working there that if it wasn't too much trouble if they would find someone to take my order. This is the problem with fast food restaurants wanting the customer to put he order in for the restaurant. Drop the cost by 35%, and then possibly I could put the order in for them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The workers were play-wrestling instead of cooking our food. Then they forgot to make our drinks and then gave us the wrong drinks. They also argued over who would be the one to help me as I just stood there.

Standard taco hell. This chain is where bad tacos go when they die. If the taco is lucky it becomes a chalupa in the afterlife, full of sorta-sour cream and I guess-its-guacamole. If the taco is not lucky, the restaurant is out of sour cream and guacamole, but the patron is charged the same regardless. Like what happened to me the other night at this location. :-/

The lady was not nice when I was getting the food and did not give me my sauces, which I had requested on the app.

I love it when I am asked if I would like Jalapeños added to food, which I always reply "YES!" To this day, I am waiting for when they actually add Jalapeños to my order. But, nothing will change unfortunately until someone cares enough and pays attention to the details. Until then, I am going to sit her and sulk.
This used to be a great taco bell to go to. But not anymore. My last visit was awful. I ordered a combo. They made the wrong one and charged me for it. So no big deal. Just go ask for the right one, right? They told me no that's what you ordered and demanded to see the bag. So I got them the bag the manger threw the food away and told me I needed to pay an extra 50 cents for the difference. At this point I was done dealing with this manger she had a very bad attitude. So I waited like 5 minutes while she was doing something in the machine then told me. "Oh, it's going to be on us". So I sat down and waited. While she made my food. Then when I got it, it was the smallest portion sizes I have ever had. Taco bell is already to expensive. I'm not going back. ?

It takes about 30 minutes to get your order inside the restaurant. Nobody speaks or understands English very well. Something is always wrong with orders or is forgotten. Oh and they're not very kind.

Drive through is always closed, NEVER has Baja blast zero, refuses to do two separate orders. Two thumbs down for this location.
