when i went to get my order pickup my drink wasn't there my sauces werent there my fries werent there and when i asked for my drink she gave me a small which wasnt what i asked for. When i got my fries they were soggy and just very disappointed in the service and how they treated my reasonably complaint.

Ordered a beef burrito with extra steak and sour cream, paid $8.87 for it... Cool, as I'm hitting the road I realized they gave me a bean burrito with nothing but watery beans and a little bit of lettuce. Disgraceful personnel. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

I have been to this location twice and the food has been cold both times. The second time I ordered 6 Soft Taco Supremes, I was asked if I wanted sour cream and said yes it comes with it. I was then charged $3.60 more for extra sour cream. When I commented on it the drive thru worker said if they ask it costs more. They didn't ask if I wanted extra, just if I wanted sour cream. Not going back to this location.

i ordered a chicken bowl with double chicken i didn’t get my double chicken instead i got chicken and half a scoop of ground beef, as well ordered extra black beans didn’t even look like i got a full scoop not only that not terrible service but my girlfriend also ordered a steak burrito instead has gotten ground beef 3 different times we don’t pay extra to your store not to get what we paid for

I’ve ordered here several times since seven times I have been disappointed. My biggest complaint is that I go through and order anywhere from 3 to 7 cups of nacho cheese and they are never even half filled no reply from customer service.
I don’t understand how this Taco Bell is new and it’s always trash. My food is always stale, made incorrectly, or my sauce is forgotten. Sometimes it’s all three. And what sucks the worst? Now my door dash automatically goes to you guys so wether I’m coming threw the drive threw or getting it online, it’s garbage. I worked at Taco Bell and I know how easy it is to work there if you do it correctly. 0/10.

Be very careful of this Taco Bell. I stopped here about 130am on July 26th 2025. Placed my order in thy drive thru. They took my card. They had it a little longer than normal. Ok no big deal. Well so I thought. Not long after I got home I got a text notification from my credit union. Fraud alert. I'm like what is this!!? Looked into deeper. They took the info from my card and tried using it to purchase stuff for a online game. I don't play any online games. Let alone any games at all on a computer or my phone. I'm waiting for my credit union to open tomorrow to get more info on this before I file a police report. Make sure you keep your card in your sight at all times at this place.

They need to learn how to make the food. Had the worst grilled cheese burrito I've ever had at Taco Bell. The burrito was skinny, the cheese was not even melted and the fiesta mango was all out, tasting like water. It is only 8pm and we have this type of service. You are a newly opened location so there is still time to course correct and hire the right staff to control food quality
