This franchise is good, and I generally enjoy the food better than BH. The staff here are amazing and good with kids. I hadn't been to this establishment for probably a year. So i decided to try it out again. And yeah, they changed the recipe of the fried rice and the soup is mid as well. I don't like to overdo salt but they don't put nearly enough. But all three of us were able to catch shrimp. I believed they were closing soon like an hour or two. We waited for 30 minutes to be seated when the lobby was kind of empty.I noticed that although the chef was a master in his own right, he was being stingy with certain shareables that usually happens every time before, and didn't do the onion volcano.I also felt rushed like I wasn't done with my second bite when I noticed the bill was sitting on my right. No ice cream served at the end like like usual. A friend of mine that I haven't seen in 25+ years last minute invited his friend he was staying with and had never been to the place before even though he lived 3-4 miles from the place. I just told him to visit another one or stick with BH.

Went early most tables where full most with families with small kids. Most of the kids where we'll behaved. I would have been happy if the chef played up to the kids alittle more but overall typical tepanaki place

I was fascinated by the atmosphere, the delicious food and what we liked most, the attention, and the show preparing it was great! 100% recommended

Normally we love this place and love the atmosphere. But tonight we had a horrible experience the waitress brought out the wrong order then argued about the correct order. My kids were with me and it was uncomfortable as the waitress continued to argue about the original order stating that what she brought out was right. Our chef had to step in and tell her to fix it. On top of that experience our check was automatically calculated with Gratuity at the higher rate for a party of six but we had a party of five. I can't remember the waitress name but definately very disappointed on how we were treated tonight but not sure if we will ever be back.

I had never been before, besides the food is delicious, the preparation is quite an entertainment show. It was very pleasant to eat there.

Waitress was a little blah. Didn't have much emotion and just seemed like she was being forced to wait on us. The chef was great and you could tell he liked his job. Food was great. Plan at least $35 per person.

Tepanyaki is pricey but so worth it. Our entire family loves and we celebrate special occasions there very often. The food is always delicious and the service incredible. It’s so fun.

The atmosphere is very depressing. The ladies' bathroom is dirty with scattered papers. They didn't serve what was ordered and the food has too much soy sauce. The girl's attention at the table was goodFood prices very high for the type of food servedThey do not recommend it

I wish I could give less, instead of going here I suggest throwing money out of your window. I’ve been going here since a kid but the lust is gone.. sushi bar service is beyond trash. This is the most inconvenient restaurants I have ever stepped into(Was there for a 1 on 1 date)

We are here on vacation and we were really looking forward to eating here. Big disappointment. Our cook did not entertain, barely spoke and our food was way too salty. They do not have yum yum sauce, soup was terrible and they don’t have miller lite. I Would not recommend this restaurant.
