the friendliest staff ever!! and the yummiest ice cream! seriously such a great experience and i will be recommending to all of my friends!
It is awesome that they have so many different flavors of ice cream and BYU and Aggie ice cream. The ice cream is always amazing and the staff are always kind and paying attention. It's one of the best places to get ice cream in the area.

It is so fun being able to get Aggie Creamery ice cream closer to home. However, they are SO SLOW. We visited on a Monday night and waited over 15 minutes after ordering for one baby sized ice cream cone. I think maybe there’s only one employee working. People were also receiving melting ice cream, like the order had been sitting there for a while. Pretty disappointing.

Slow service. And we read they had milkshakes, but they did not. Waste of time.

This is by far the best ice cream spot I’ve been to. Awesome service, amazing flavors. 5-stars all around

This has gone downhill. Half the flavors are always out of stock when you go and the service takes forever. The scoops get smaller and smaller every time. Not worth it.

Will was a standout employee! He knows his stuff, makes you feel welcome, and gets your order just right. Will was super friendly and made sure I was happy. If you visit, look for Will! He’s the best! He deserves a raise!

Ice cream is very icey texture here not that it’s a bad thing just less of smooth texture. Chocolate is decent super mild and milkier flavor. I do prefer a more rich darker chocolate ice cream myself but it was not a deal breaker. Cookies and cream on the sweeter side and milky vanilla base with Oreos. Cookie dough was also good vanilla base with chunks of dough (which they almost ran out of must be a big seller). Overall a decent scoop. I think the allure here is definitely the cute drive thru.

Drive thru is awkward but the ice cream is worth it! A bit disappointing that they had run out of some flavors though. Otherwise, 5 stars! The lemon custard is my new fave. ?

Delicious. They have Aggie ice cream.
Yeah so they took my ice cream and scooped it in such a way that it rested on top of the cone with none of it IN the cone. Why is that an issue? Because apparently the entire scoop of ice cream will fall off on the first lick. It was super bad.
Great place, fun flavors, and very convenient for me. I just don’t think either of the university creameries have very premium ice cream to begin with. But it’ll do. Also, their app seems to be abandoned…I try to upload points for loyalty but there isn’t even a function for that- and it doesn’t seem to be maintained at all. I usually get the same flavor, 2 scoops, but one scoop seemed very freezer burned and icy….
